Subaye.Com Enters into a Strategic Partnership with China Net Shops Community

(OTC Bulletin Board: TCOM), the Total Solutions Provider, announced today that its majority owned subsidiary, Subaye.com, Inc., the services provider of corporate video web page developing, hosting and marketing, today executed a strategic partnership with x381.com. Subaye's SME members, through the web site credit guarantee system, can now directly sell their products and services to the 10,000 online shops of the "China Net Shops Community" ( http://www.x381.com ).

"China Net Shops Community " x381.com is an original platform for SMEs to achieve global business-to-business (B2B) deals and business use of individual transactions on the Internet shops into the consumer market.

Subaye and "China Net Shops Community" strategic cooperation agreement has been signed to establish an e-commerce value chain; Value is the core enterprise-net shops - consumer credit guarantee system.
