Telestone Appointed as Official Provider for China Mobile's TD-SCDMA Trial Networks in all Eight Cities
BEIJING, June 21 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Telestone Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: TSTC), a leading developer and provider of wireless communication coverage solutions primarily in China, today announced it has won the bids for the TD-SCDMA trunk amplifiers and combiners from China Mobile LTD TD-SCDMA trial networks. Telestone has been appointed an official provider for China Mobile, who is building the test networks in all eight cities. Telestone will be allocated no less than 10% of the wireless equipment orders in the network building in the two largest cities, Beijing and Shanghai.
Among the nineteen successful bidders who participated in China Mobile's centralized bidding process for TD-SCDMA wireless coverage equipment, Telestone emerged as one of the top three successful bidders.
