AuraSound Names Vice President of Products & Engineering

SANTE FE SPRINGS, Calif., Jan. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- AuraSound Inc., a publicly listed company (OTC Bulletin Board: ARUZ), has announced that they have named Mr. Vaughn Rhodes as vice president of products & engineering effective immediately. His role will include leading the engineering, product management, and product marketing teams.

Mr. Rhodes has 22 years experience in the high technology industry including engineering, product management, business development and marketing. Prior to joining AuraSound, he served as Vice President of Search Products at MyLife, a top consumer internet site and the leading people search platform. Mr. Rhodes previously held senior positions at Acer, Gateway Computer, Arima, AltaVista, and Compaq. He earned a master of business degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor of science degree in information systems from Brigham Young University.
