ROHM will introduce them in a variety of demonstrations and presentations.

Silicon carbide (SiC) semiconductor devices with superb properties, including reduced energy loss and high thermal resistance, make it possible to design efficient and compact equipment. ROHM will introduce the newest family of its industry-leading power device business that has an unlimited potential.

ROHM's LED lighting combines energy saving and high quality, taking advantage of total solution technology made possible only by an integrated semiconductor manufacturer like ROHM; the technology ranges from chip LED to power supply modules and driver ICs.
