ANV Security Group Appoints Mr. Kevin Su as New CFO

SHENZHEN, China, November 17, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- ANV Security Group (OTC BB: ANVS), a leading enterprise that researches, develops, produces and sells the world's first USCI8 (Ubiquitous security control with intelligence) platform, 3G mobile DVR, 3G portable DVR, CCTV cameras, DVR products, emergency video command & conference systems and integrated solutions, today announced that Mr. Paul Lau (CFO of ANV Security Group) has resigned for personal reasons effective November 4, 2011. As per ANV Security Group's board meeting decision, Mr. Kevin Su has been appointed as CFO with effect from November 1, 2011.

Mr. Kevin Su, aged 40, has over 19 years of experience in accounting, auditing and finance, which includes 4 years auditing experience in four big accounting firms in Canada. Mr. Su holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting. He is a licensed CPA in Colorado and a CGA in Canada and British Colombia. Mr. Su has served as CFO and acting CFO for several TSX venture and OTCBB listing companies to oversee their accounting and financial reporting functions.
