MDCL-Frontline Becomes Main Service Delivery Arm for BT in China

BEIJING, November 28, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- BT, one of the world's leading providers of communications solutions and services, today welcomed iSoftStone (NYSE: ISS), a leading China-based IT services provider, as a shareholder in MDCL-Frontline, BT's main delivery arm for the provision of IT infrastructure services to its multinational customers in China. BT is the largest shareholder of MDCL-Frontline with a 47.5% holding, which remains unchanged.
