Jiangxi Taina Nanfeng Orange Co. Ltd. Finalized a New Strategic Goal

NANFENG, China, Dec. 14 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Jiangxi Taina Nanfeng Orange Co. Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: CHFR), a Chinese company engaged in the planting and marketing of oranges and orange related products, announced that the TAINA General Development Program, which lays stress on being "guided by experts while operated by enterprises" and on market surveys and analyses of the market and competitors, was approved by the Board of Directors on December 12, 2007. It details a plan to sell famous, special and high-quality fruit from place of origin at home and abroad by sticking to a strategic positioning of "brand operator" and setting a strategic goal of creating the best fruit brand in China by 2012. TAINA aims to accomplish this goal with the establishment of chain stores as an initial breakthrough and a focus on alliances with franchised shops, distributors, suppliers, processing companies, and planters.

Realization of the plan has already on track with the beginning implementation of certain aspects of the strategy in January 2007. The company made a decision on June 21, 2007 that the company would spend two years moving its headquarters to Beijing in three batches. Under the leadership of board chairman Chen Quanlong, the first batch of personnel reached the designated destination in August and September of 2007. The other two batches will be positioned within two years according to specific implementation of the strategy. On September 17, 2007, TAINA signed a strategy implementation cooperation agreement once again with Mr. Wang Ke, a top strategy implementation expert in China. Mr. Wang is the board chairman & president of Tomorrow Group and president of the China Business Development Plan College. He once worked for many large and medium-size enterprises and local governments as a senior advisor and independent director. As a generation-I strategy expert in China, he created or promoted, directly and indirectly, a number of brands nationwide in more than ten years. On November 29, 2007, China's first "Fruit from Place of Origin -- TAINA International Fruit Direct Supply Shop (0001)" opened for business in Asia's largest agricultural product wholesale market, Beijing Xinfadi Fruit Wholesale Market. The alliance of five Nanfeng Orange distributors continues to run smoothly. The alliance of suppliers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhangjiagang is also under negotiation.
