About 9.12 million students took China's college entrance exams this year, while 6.99 million new graduates are facing intense competition. But what is the cure for the woefully imbalanced job market?

Find A Job will benefit in large measure from the joint efforts of traditional media giant CCTV and online recruitment industry leader Zhaopin.com. Zhaopin.com created a special "Green Channel" (http://2013.zhaopin.com) for new graduates to maximize participation from employers during the campaign by leveraging both the speed, precision and breadth of market of the online recruitment platform and CCTV's ability to quickly reach a mass audience.

Zhaopin.com is also offering what is normally high revenue-generating advertising space at the top of its home page and on the home pages of its campus and 28 city sections at no cost to employers who publish job postings seeking new graduates. In addition, Zhaopin.com has released a "Find A Job" proposal to companies to encourage them to provide opportunities for new graduates.

"The current difficulties in finding a job are an unfortunate byproduct of the huge social transformation sweeping our country. In addition to the imbalance between supply and demand in the job market, the difficulties are also reflected in the misalignment of job seekers and providers. The difficulties cannot be solved in the short term and the key is to foster the healthy development of the job market for college graduates in the long run," Zhaopin.com CEO Guo Sheng said of the job woes facing the nation.
