(TSX VENTURE: RYU) (OTCQB: RYUN) (RYU) today announced that it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with Luxey International Holdings Limited of Hong Kong ("Luxey") to develop a strategic investment and marketing relationship. Luxey is a retail focused apparel group with physical and web shops, headquartered in Hong Kong.
Luxey has spent thirty years in development, acquisition, and marketing of retail apparel brands throughout Asia. Luxey's primary apparel brands include Lamborghini, Yoflel, Gay Giano, and Cour Carre. The Cour Carre brand is comprised of smart, fashionable clothing for professionals and business executives. Yoflel offers customers trendy lingerie, and swimwear while Luxey's Lamborghini men's wear line is made from the finest European fabrics and textiles. The Lamborghini line is infused with style, quality and endurance.
Luxey's customers are primarily 20-35 year old men and women who are trend-sensitive with a high need to express their individuality through the fashion they wear. We believe that RYU's merchandise assortments will appeal to Luxey's primary customer thus complementing their brand family.
