Thomas Tay, the organising chairman of this year's event is appreciative of the invaluable support the event has garnered but believes more can be done. He said, "Frost & Sullivan Singapore's 8th annual 'Frost the Trail' Corporate Run is a joint effort with our corporate partners to help the less fortunate. Through this run, we hope to raise funds for our adopted charity, as well as encourage others to do their part to contribute to worthy causes and make a difference in the community. Our collaborative effort will go some way in providing the necessary support for our beneficiary so that they could continue their efforts in improving the quality of life for the underprivileged under their care."

Penny Low, Member of Parliament for Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC graced the event as the Guest of Honour and presented the cheque to the beneficiary. She was accompanied by Wan Pak Khiong (Mr), Chairman of the Citizen Consultative Committee for PasirRis-Punggol GRC. Prior to the cheque presentation ceremony and dance performance, all participants had the opportunity to mingle amongst peers, colleagues and acquaintances whilst enjoying breakfast. This year, the carnival mood was brisk with refreshments provided courtesy of Telstra, WorleyParsons and Frost & Sullivan Singapore. All runners and seniors received a goodie bag each and had the opportunity to participate in the lucky draw.

Seniors from Peace-Connect Senior Activity Centre also showed their support for the corporate run with a vibrant dance performance. The dance movement of the energetic seniors impressed the crowd and inspired them to follow suit.
