PITTSBURGH, Sept. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- After an exhaustive review of major MDM providers, Bank Central Asia (BCA), one of the largest commercial banks in the region, selected Innovative Systems, Inc.'s (ISI) Synchronos MDM Platform to enable a complete view of their customers, their accounts, and their relationships to other customers. BCA is currently implementing ISI's Synchronos at their headquarters in Jakarta.

As the winner of the Excellent Service Experience Award 2013*, BCA has set an objective to continue to invest in and develop its range of products and services, provide superior service to existing customers, cross-sell to high-value customers and other customer segments, and also attract new clients. BCA selected ISI's Synchronos MDM Platform over other companies' offerings because they found it would most efficiently and effectively support these goals.

"ISI has been supplying software and services to BCA since 1993, and they have always delivered on their promises with a high degree of professionalism," said Iman Sentosa, BCA's Chief Manager. "ISI's ability to create the best customer-centric databases in the world is what drew our interest to the Synchronos Platform. Other key factors in our selection were ISI's deep expertise in data quality and data governance, flexibility in deployment, and rapid implementation through their tools and platforms, along with the ability of their solution to co-exist with and build upon our existing technology and the high level of client service that we have always experienced."

ISI is a global leader in customer-centric and MDM solutions. The Synchronos MDM Platform is an end-to-end, enterprise-class solution that provides a single platform for fast implementation of a customer MDM system. The solution provides accurate 360 degree views that enable extended customer relationship management. Its business-friendly user interfaces simplify the management and monitoring of information.

"We are proud to extend our long relationship with BCA to now include the Synchronos implementation," said Joel Borsh, Vice President at ISI. "Because of their large client base, it is imperative for BCA to have a total understanding of all the relationships their customers have with the bank. The Synchronos platform will provide a more effective way to serve their customers."
