Days Inn China Named Best International Hotel Management Group in China

BEIJING, April 9, 2008 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Days Inn China, one of China’s fastest growing international hotel groups, has been named one of the Best International Hotel Management Groups in China at the 2008 China Hotel Starlight Awards. This honor is being shared with a number of prominent hotel management companies, including InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott International, Shangri La Hotels and Resorts, and Hyatt Corp.

This annual event has been dubbed the "Oscars" of China's hospitality industry and is voted on by industry experts, hotel professionals, readers and Internet users. The award ceremony was held in March 2008 at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center and was organized by Chinese media giants, such as Beijing Evening News, Shanghai Morning Post, Guangzhou Daily, and Hong Kong Ming Pao.
