The chefs simmer fish maw in broth for 30 minutes. The fish maw is then stuffed with minced fresh shrimps and steamed for a further 5 minutes. Upon serving, drizzle with crab roe and egg white gravy. Each mouthful offers an unforgettable journey for the taste buds.

Stir-fried Chicken Fillets with Pumpkin (MOP98)

This dish offers an ineffable taste! The chefs achieve so by stir-frying ingredients such as chicken meat, green capsicum, shallots and black bean in high heat and serve on pre-cooked pumpkin to give the dish a well-rounded pleasant taste and radiant colour.

Crispy Noodles Served with Sugar and Vinegar (MOP88)

This dish is the ultimate representation of chefs' culinary talent! They deep-fry noodles in pre-heated oil of 90-100 degree Celsius until golden and crispy. While sculpting noodles into a pyramid shape, the chefs serve them with diced scallops, shrimps, sea cucumber, and yellow capsicum in sweet and sour sauce. This dish offers a tangy taste and a crispy texture, perfect for the adventurous.

Rolled Scallop and Bacon with Honey Sauce (Chef's recommendation from the selection menu)

Wrap large scallop in bacon and marinate in Japanese barbeque sauce for 30 minutes. Oven-bake scallops until golden and dazzle with honey upon serving. This dish tantalizes the guests with an unforgettable taste of harmony.
