GUANGZHOU, China, May 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- From surgical robotics to compact
massage furniture blending into modern interiors, and eco‑friendly
personal‑care products leading a greener shift, a wave of innovation defined by
high technology, lightweight design, and sustainability is reshaping the Health
& Recreation category at the 139th Canton Fair.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2971455/1.html>

Standing out from the displayed medical equipment, the new orthopedic and
endoscopic surgical robots offer greater dexterity and precision, while a
mobile capsule endoscopy system enables a painless 20‑minute stomach exam. Its
cloud platform supports large‑scale, efficient gastrointestinal screening.

AI is also transforming medical training and diagnostics. Intelligent CPR
evaluation systems now automate performance assessment, improving
emergency‑response education, while high‑resolution virtual anatomy platforms
offer realistic, data‑driven simulation environments. These innovations
collectively lower the cost of precision care and expand access to advanced
screening tools.

Traditional massage equipment is undergoing a notable shift toward lighter,
more aesthetic designs. New "light‑massage" models reduce bulk by nearly a
third while integrating entertainment features, wireless charging, and voice
interaction. Blow‑molded structures and air‑pressure modules create softer,
wave‑like sensations, allowing wellness devices to blend seamlessly into
minimalist home spaces.

In maternal care and daily health monitoring, smart wireless thermometers
equipped with medical‑grade sensors and cloud‑based apps provide continuous,
24‑hour temperature tracking, addressing the needs of new parents seeking
real‑time reassurance.

Eco‑friendly materials and multifunctional design dominate the personal‑care
and outdoor‑leisure products. New adhesive‑free cosmetic brush sets use
mechanical fastening and biodegradable fibers, reducing environmental impact
and storage volume. Natural plant‑fiber bath tools feature modular handles and
dual‑mode usability, highlighting sustainable craftsmanship. Electric
surf‑assist boards designed for both surface gliding and underwater propulsion,
and multi‑sport bags engineered with lightweight waterproof materials and
protective hard‑shell structures have also become highlights of the category.

The 139th Canton Fair shows how the boundaries of the Health & Recreation
sector are rapidly expanding. Chinese manufacturers are now actively shaping
the future of global well‑being.

GUANGZHOU, China, May 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- At the exhibition area of the
139th Canton Fair's Stationery category, exhibitors presented a diverse range
of products shaped by technological integration, creative customization and
details‑driven design, reflecting the evolving expectations of global buyers
and the broader shift toward smarter and more efficient office solutions.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2972599/1.html>

Among the showcased highlights is an AI‑powered translation pen that merges
intelligent processing with natural handwriting. The device restores the
tactile feel of writing on paper while enabling seamless note-taking and

and one‑click content summarization, allowing information to be processed with
clarity and speed.

Creative notebook designs also draw attention, particularly modular covers
featuring raised points that allow users to attach small accessories for
personalized expression. Another notebook series incorporates perforated
surfaces that support DIY decoration, encouraging creative engagement.

Detail‑driven innovation is especially evident in the adhesive category. One
exhibitor introduced an easy‑tear tape designed to eliminate the need for
scissors or cutting tools. This design addresses long‑standing challenges
associated with traditional tape use, demonstrating a human‑centered approach
that enhances practicality across packaging and daily office tasks.

Another adhesive manufacturer showcased its low‑noise tape, designed for use
cases such as hospitals, post offices and e‑commerce logistics centers,
features an environmentally conscious formulation. The second product is a
printed tape adopting advanced gravure printing technology. That tape holds an
appearance patent for its decorative finish and meets high‑end customization

product has been exported to multiple international markets, demonstrating
strong capabilities within specialized medical applications.

By addressing both everyday efficiency and specialized professional
applications, Chinese manufacturers are broadening what stationery categories
can offer. This helps them meet the changing expectations of global buyers,
with the Canton Fair serving as a major platform for international markets.

139th Canton Fair Underscores the Agility of China's Fashion Supply Chain

GUANGZHOU, China, May 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- At the 139th Canton Fair, the
Fashion category brought forward the core priorities reshaping the industry:
sustainability, performance technology, and design‑driven specialization.
Exhibitors demonstrated how China's fashion supply chain is evolving to meet
the expectations of environmentally conscious and lifestyle‑driven consumers
worldwide.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2971453/1.html>

Leading the surge in low-carbon textiles, a Guangdong-based company
introduced high-performance apparel featuring carbon-capture technology. The
development of "carbon-capture" beach shorts represents a breakthrough in
negative-carbon production, successfully securing orders in the U.S. market.
Complementing this is the integration of a bio-based material used in
windbreakers that offers both environmental sustainability and superior
durability. Through deep collaboration across the material R&D and
manufacturing sectors, the enterprise has established a traceable, green supply
chain that aligns with rigorous international standards.

Innovation in functional knitwear is further exemplified by another
Guangdong-based company, which showcased plant-dyed infant garments and
UV-sensitive color-changing apparel. By utilizing natural dyes like madder and
gardenia, the company offers chemical-free solutions for the children's market.
Additionally, the use of biodegradable collagen‑fiber and Modal‑blend sweaters
demonstrates the company's dedication to sustainable materials that support a
more circular product lifecycle.

The sports and outdoor sector also witnessed significant technological
advancements. A Hangzhou-based company unveiled its latest cycling jacket,
which utilizes precision weaving to achieve full wind-proofing and water
resistance without sacrificing breathability. Similarly, a company from Wuhan
displayed high-tech sun-protection apparel featuring moisture-wicking
properties and innovative packable designs that transform garments into
portable crossbody bags. These developments reflect a broader trend of merging
urban-tech aesthetics with practical safety features.

Design-driven specialization remains a key strategy for penetrating niche
markets. Some companies are leveraging European design perspectives to
customize footwear for specific regional aesthetics, particularly in France and
Italy; while some continue to expand their footprint in North America and
Russia with original designs that span from business-chic to luxury leisure.

The fashion showcase at the 139th Canton Fair continues to highlight a supply
chain that responds with agility to shifting international demands. By evolving
beyond traditional manufacturing, China's fashion ecosystem has become a
primary driver of creative and sustainable growth within the global market.

GUANGZHOU, China, May 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- At the exhibition area of the
139th Canton Fair's Toys & Children, Baby and Maternity Products category,
exhibitors are presenting products that merge smart technology, educational
value and sustainable materials, responding to the evolving expectations of
global families seeking safe, creative, and smart parenting solutions.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2971452/1.html>

Parenting products have put a focus on smart, multi-functional design. An
intelligent soothing pendant uses voice recognition to detect a baby's cry and
automatically play music, while a self-rotating smart car seat improves
convenience of use by automatic turning.

Further innovations emphasize convenience and integrated care. A wireless
diaper-changing baby scale combines multiple functions for daily care and
health monitoring, alongside an electric cradle and a one-touch foldable crib
that enable effortless setup and hands-free parenting.

Newly released products highlight the educational wooden toys sector's
momentum. A miniature wooden kitchen set, crafted from FSC certified natural
wood and coated with water-based paint, meets major international safety
standards and supports early life skills development. Alongside it, an ocean
themed multifunctional play table introduces a modular approach to early
learning. Built from natural wood and finished with food grade coatings and
rounded edges, the table integrates geometric cognition, musical exploration,
and logic training. It represents a meaningful step in the evolution of
traditional wooden toys toward more interactive early education tools.

Sustainability remains a defining thread across the category. A series of
thick wooden puzzles illustrates how recycled materials can be developed into
durable, affordable and educational products. Made with a significant
proportion of medium‑density fiberboard derived from reclaimed wood fibers, the
puzzles reflect efficient resource use while demonstrating how manufacturers
integrate function, durability and cost‑effectiveness into their design
considerations. Their handcrafted texture and cultural warmth further
underscore a commitment to greener, more responsible production.

In an age shaped by AI and diversified consumption needs, traditional
maternity and child product makers are finding fresh relevance. While
preserving an emotional warmth, they are introducing smart interaction, joyful
educational design, and greener materials, giving the classic category a modern
spark and renewing its appeal for today's families.

139th Canton Fair Phase 3 Advances Toward a Better Life with New and Strengthened Product Zones

GUANGZHOU, China, May 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The 139th China Import and Export
Fair (Canton Fair) has rolled out nine newly established product zones. Phase 3
features an expanded and upgraded Intelligent Healthcare zone and the inaugural
presentation of a Functional & Technical Fabrics zone.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2971451/1.html>

The upgraded Intelligent Healthcare zone brings together 50 companies
presenting a full spectrum of intelligent medical solutions, spanning
AI-powered diagnostics, surgical robotics, and next‑generation eldercare
technologies. Exhibits highlight how medical devices are becoming smaller, more
precise, and increasingly non‑invasive. Capsule endoscopy systems demonstrate
how gastrointestinal screening can be completed without discomfort, while
AI‑enabled traditional Chinese medicine analyzers compress the inspection and
inquiry process into minutes. Wearable glucose monitors make chronic disease
management easier and more convenient.

Robotic technologies play a prominent role as well. Endoscopic and orthopedic
surgical robots showcase enhanced precision through integrated human‑machine
coordination, while bionic prosthetic hands use non‑invasive myoelectric
sensing to independently control each finger. Intelligent rehabilitation
systems, including lower‑limb exoskeletons and hand‑training devices, provide
consistent support for patients recovering mobility. Companion‑style eldercare
robots, equipped with monitoring and telemedicine functions, signal the rise of
integrated home‑based health services.

The debuting Functional & Technical Fabrics zone highlights how the
traditional textile industry is moving toward higher-end and smarter products.
Exhibitors present materials that combine multi‑layered performance with
intelligent responsiveness. Textiles featuring temperature‑regulating fibers,
phase‑change materials, and light‑ or heat‑sensitive color‑shifting effects
illustrate how fabrics are evolving into adaptive platforms capable of
responding to environmental conditions.

Sustainability emerges as a defining theme. Bio‑based fibers, degradable
films, recycled polyester, and organic cotton reflect a shift from isolated
eco‑products toward full‑chain green manufacturing. High‑performance outdoor
and protective applications further shape the narrative. Materials engineered
for waterproof breathability, UV resistance, flame retardancy, and long‑term
durability address rising demand across sportswear, professional protection,
and medical environments. Smart textiles with embedded health‑monitoring
modules demonstrate how apparel is beginning to function as a continuous
wellness interface.

Both technology‑driven healthcare and advanced textiles are converging around
a shared pursuit of a better life. As these advancements continue to evolve,
they reflect a manufacturing landscape increasingly shaped by innovation,
resilience, and a commitment to improving everyday living.

139th Canton Fair: Creativity and Innovation Sparks New Possibilities in Gifts & Decorations Category

GUANGZHOU, China, April 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Phase 2 of the 139th Canton
Fair is spotlighting a new generation of creativity in the Gifts & Decorations
category, where exhibitors are blending craftsmanship, technology,
sustainability, and cultural storytelling to redefine modern gifting and home
décor.

A standout theme this session is the transformation of historical icons into
functional, everyday objects. Designers have reimagined the famous Changxin
Palace Lamp from the Han Dynasty as a contemporary accessory, bridging a
2,000-year cultural gap. Similarly, the Tile Cat Security Monitor cleverly
integrates high-definition surveillance lenses into the mouth of a traditional
folk mascot from Yunnan. By softening traditional motifs into adorable cartoon
forms, exhibitors are giving advanced home security a warmer, more human touch.

Environmental responsibility remains a primary driver for product evolution.
New modular eyewear systems feature a patented "quick-release" hinge that
allows users to swap temples without replacing the entire frame. This not only
offers endless style customization but also extends the product's lifespan.
Furthermore, these frames utilize GRS-certified recycled materials, reducing
carbon emissions by up to 30% and supporting global circular economy goals.

The integration of smart technology into traditional materials has given rise
to new products. The world's first Solid Wood Wi-Fi Photo Frame combines the
warm, organic texture of real wood with cloud-based connectivity. This allows
family members to share photos remotely in real-time, transforming a classic
decorative item into a modern communication hub that maintains a high-end,
premium aesthetic.

For the global commuter and traveling family, efficiency is key. This session
introduces ergonomic 30oz vacuum-insulated tumblers featuring patented
"dual-drinking" lids that switch between straw and direct-sip modes with a
simple twist. For younger travelers, a multi-functional children's suitcase
doubles as an ergonomic seat with a fold-out backrest—specifically designed to
meet airline carry-on standards while providing a safe resting spot for
children during transit.

At the 139th Canton Fair, these innovations reflect the evolving direction of
China's gift and décor industry, where sustainability, cultural expression, and
user‑centered design converge to shape the next generation of meaningful,
modern products.

139th Canton Fair: Innovation Shapes Quality Living in the Houseware Category

GUANGZHOU, China, April 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The 139th Canton Fair is
showcasing a new wave of innovation in the Housewares category, where
exhibitors are redefining everyday tools through smarter design, enhanced
safety, and contemporary craftsmanship.

Kitchenware innovation this session is characterized by a "back-to-basics"
approach that prioritizes user safety and accessibility. One of the most
talked-about advancements is a gravity-based knife storage system. Moving away
from traditional magnetic strips or fixed slots, which can limit material
compatibility or expose sharp edges, this new design uses the weight of the
knife itself to trigger a secure internal clamping mechanism.

Similarly, award-winning storage solutions are reimagining how we interact
with everyday objects. The Teeter-Top storage containers utilize a clever
seesaw mechanical principle, allowing users to open lids with a gentle press
rather than a forceful twist. This inclusive design is specifically tailored
for multi-tasking chefs, children, and the elderly, proving that the most
impactful innovations are often those that simplify the smallest physical
movements.

The general ceramics section is witnessing a digital transformation, where 3D
printing technology is being used to bridge the gap between nature and the
dinnerware industry. New collections are making their debut featuring
intricate, organic textures, such as the delicate veins of forest ferns,
replicated with precision impossible through traditional molding.

Beyond aesthetics, this tech-driven approach serves a vital environmental
purpose. By adopting on-demand 3D manufacturing, producers are eliminating the
waste associated with conventional molds. Combined with the use of
high-quality, recyclable white porcelain and lead-free glazes that meet strict
international safety standards, these products cater to a global market that
increasingly demands quality over quantity.

Contemporary porcelain ornaments are no longer purely aesthetic; many now
integrate practical features, such as serving as elegant smartphone docks.
These pieces blend traditional motifs that represent prosperity and seasonal
harmony, with modern silhouettes and 24K gold detailing.

The 139th Canton Fair shows how smart, sustainable, emotionally engaging
products are shaping home living, giving global buyers insight into a
manufacturing sector now centered on better living solutions.

139th Canton Fair Phase 2 Introduces New Product Zones, Reflecting Evolving Lifestyle Trends

GUANGZHOU, China, April 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The 139th China Import and
Export Fair (Canton Fair) has introduced nine new product zones, with Phase 2
adding four focused on quality living, highlighting sustainable materials,
refined craftsmanship, and culturally driven modern‑living design.

Exhibitors in the Prefabricated House and Courtyard Facilities zone emphasize
environmentally responsible materials, structural stability, and modular
adaptability, with products evolving from individual panels to comprehensive
modular solutions. High‑strength metal panels, insulation materials, and
prefabricated structural components are presented for residential, commercial,
tourism, and public‑use scenarios. Enhanced performance in areas such as
thermal insulation, fire resistance, and wind protection positions integrated
housing as a competitive option in global markets, underscoring the sector's
transition from material supply to holistic green‑construction ecosystems.

Sustainability is the heartbeat of the Bamboo Tableware & Kitchenware and
Bamboo Household Items zones, where traditional materials are being adapted for
a low-carbon world. Fully degradable bamboo tableware is emerging as a premier
alternative to single-use plastics, aligning perfectly with global
plastic-reduction initiatives. By blending traditional craftsmanship with
modern technology, these products offer a natural aesthetic alongside superior
antibacterial and heat-resistant properties. Furthermore, the implementation of
automated production lines has made the rapid conversion of bamboo waste into
finished goods a reality, significantly accelerating circular-economy practices
across the sector.

The Fashion Jewelry zone is where tech meets tradition, defined by a blend of
high-tech manufacturing and heritage artistry. Leading exhibitors demonstrate
full-process capabilities in lab-grown diamonds and moissanite. These
high-clarity, accessible luxury stones have gained favor among younger,
eco-conscious consumers. Beyond technology, the zone also highlights a renewed
appreciation for traditional craftsmanship. Filigree inlay, cloisonné enamel,
and other time-honored techniques are being reinterpreted for contemporary
style, signaling a shift toward jewelry that carries cultural identity as well
as artisanal precision.

A unified vision connects these new product zones: the fusion of sustainable
materials, tech innovation, and cultural storytelling. The 139th Canton Fair
has seen Chinese manufacturers move toward high‑value, quality life-oriented
solutions, underscoring that modern exports must resonate emotionally as well
as functionally.

Light & Electrical Category at 139th Canton Fair Lights Up Creative Designs for Sustainable Living

GUANGZHOU, China, April 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- During the 139th Canton Fair,
the Light & Electrical category continued to reveal how new technologies and
product design are reshaping everyday scenarios, from learning spaces to public
infrastructure and outdoor activities.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2964892/photo.html>

One of the most notable exhibits was a screen‑free AI tutor that brings
lighting and education together in a new form. Developed by a Tsinghua‑led
research team and awarded a Gold Medal at the International Exhibition of
Inventions Geneva, the device replaces a traditional screen with a 23‑inch
desktop projection that lets students write, read, and interact directly on
paper. Millisecond‑level touch response makes the projected surface feel
intuitive, while AA‑grade eye‑care lighting, RG0 blue‑light protection, and
diffuse‑reflection imaging help create a healthier study environment. Powered
by proprietary education large model, it supports multi‑subject tutoring,
homework grading, and full‑grade learning needs. Its minimalist integrated
design and strict component standards further position it as a thoughtful blend
of lighting, AI assistance, and refined product engineering.

Public‑space lighting also appeared in upgraded forms. A 200W solar
streetlight demonstrated how municipal lighting is becoming more resilient and
more energy‑independent. Its reinforced structure and intelligent control
system maintain stable illumination across extreme temperatures from -40°C to
70°C, while high‑efficiency solar panels and large‑capacity batteries ensure
year‑round operation, even during extended cloudy or rainy periods. Rather than
serving as a passive light source, the product functions as an active node
within a distributed energy setup, reflecting a broader shift toward "generate,
store, and supply" models in outdoor lighting.

Extending this idea into personal use, wearable solar‑energy products added
another layer of creativity. A solar‑powered smart audio cap integrates
high‑efficiency solar cells into its brim, turning sunlight into power during
walking, fishing, or cycling. The design addresses battery‑life anxiety while
offering up to 20 hours of playback. Its open‑ear acoustic structure keeps
users aware of their surroundings, making it well-suited for outdoor sports and
long‑duration activities.

Whether improving how students learn, strengthening the reliability of public
infrastructure, or bringing clean energy into everyday outdoor life, the
products on display in the Light & Electrical category point to a future in
which lighting and energy technologies play a more integrated role in shaping
healthier, safer, and more sustainable living environments.

GUANGZHOU, China, April 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- At the 139th Canton Fair, the
Electronics & Appliance category signaled a clear shift in global hardware
priorities. Exhibitors showcased products that reflect deeper use of AI, rising
demand for scalable automation, and a stronger push toward sustainability and
improved user experience.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2964130/1.html>

One of the most notable trends is the transition from "AI‑enabled" products
to truly AI‑native devices. Rather than functioning as add‑on features, AI
models are now embedded at the core of hardware design. Multimodal biometric
terminals, AI-powered meeting systems, translation glasses, and multi-language
simultaneous interpretation devices demonstrated real-time capabilities in
understanding, translation, and decision-making, often powered by on-device or
hybrid edge-cloud large language models. Even traditional hardware industries,
such as display screens, air purifiers, and imaging‑printing devices, are
evolving into interactive systems that can interpret, respond, and learn
through AI integration. Multimodal perception, combining voice, vision,
gesture, lip movement, and bone‑conducted sound, is also becoming standard.

Robotics also emerged as a major highlight, with products transitioning from
demonstration units to large-scale deployment and unmanned operation. Cleaning,
inspection, floor‑scrubbing, and coffee‑making robots emphasized 24/7
autonomous operation, while industrial and public‑sector robots focused on
reliability, high protection ratings, and adaptability to extreme environments.
A wide variety of forms, including humanoid, quadruped, wheeled, spherical, and
hybrid designs, were on display, yet they shared a common goal: reducing labor
dependence, improving operational stability, and increasing productivity.

A growing shift is the move toward processing data closer to where it's
created, driven by the need for stronger security, faster response times, and
more dependable performance. Many products now emphasize running models
locally, handling tasks offline, and keeping information securely stored to
meet the needs of government, industrial, and other high‑security users.

Beyond performance and intelligence, exhibitors placed growing emphasis on
emotional value and aesthetics. Appliances are no longer viewed solely as
functional tools but as lifestyle elements that shape user experience, from
immersive audio and high‑end materials to AI companionship and visually
engaging designs.

At the same time, sustainability has become a baseline requirement rather
than a bonus, with low‑power operation, long lifecycle design, recyclable
materials, energy storage integration, and renewable energy solutions built
directly into product engineering.
