Miroma Project Factory Builds Smart Recovery Companion to Support Life After Brain Injury

SYDNEY, Feb. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Miroma Project Factory (MPF)
<https://www.theprojectfactory.com/> is proud to announce its appointment by
Griffith University <https://www.griffith.edu.au/> to co-develop a smart device
app designed to support individuals returning home after acquired brain injury
(ABI). The project - known asROBIN: Return Home After Brain Injury - delivers a
compassionate, co-designed, and clinically informed digital prototype that
supports both patients and care teams through one of the most complex
transitions in health: the shift from hospital to home.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2786712/Robin.html>
ROBIN, a smart recovery companion co-created by Miroma Project Factory and
Griffith University, bridges the critical transition from rehabilitation to
home life.

Despite the efforts of rehabilitation services, many people with ABI continue
to face unexpected challenges once discharged. Resourcing pressures, fragmented
communication, and the overwhelming nature of recovery mean that critical
supports often fall away just when patients need them most. That's where ROBIN
steps in.

A Digital Bridge Between Hospital and Home

Built in partnership with the research team from Griffith University
<https://www.griffith.edu.au/> and The Hopkins Centre
<https://www.hopkinscentre.edu.au/>, ROBIN is an AI-enhanced proof-of-concept
app that allows people with ABI to track their therapy journey, set meaningful
recovery goals, document their experiences, and access support resources -
entirely on their own terms. With profile customisation, media-based
journaling, and a visual dashboard of progress, it helps users take ownership
of their recovery while staying connected to their care network.

The app was developed through a co-design approach involving survivors of
brain injury, carers, and rehabilitation clinicians to ensure it responds to
the real needs and realities of recovery. Each feature - whether it's recording
a milestone or mapping life goals - is purpose-built to foster self-awareness,
reflection, and a shared understanding of what comes next.

"This is about giving people more than just a discharge date. It is about
giving them structure, clarity and dignity at a time when those things can feel
out of reach. This is at the heart of what Miroma Project Factory does best.Kat
Robinson CEO MPF <https://www.linkedin.com/in/katjaderobinson/>

A Launchpad for Innovation in Brain Injury Care

Though simple in design, the ROBIN app represents a strategic leap forward in
ABI care. As a minimum viable product, it offers a clear and scalable starting
point for broader innovation, including future integration with Android
devices, real-time data sharing, and wider clinical trials. Early stakeholder
feedback confirms its value not just as a patient companion, but as a potential
tool for enhancing care coordination and visibility across multidisciplinary
teams.

MPF's involvement in the project extended beyond UX and technical
development. The team worked closely with Griffith University to align the
prototype with future research and funding goals - ensuring that ROBIN can
evolve into a full-scale digital health intervention, capable of supporting
grant applications and informing policy conversations.

cpThrive: A first-of-its-kind digital guide to help identify evidence-based cerebral palsy treatments

SYDNEY, Jan. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cerebral Palsy Alliance, The University
of Sydney, and CSIRO, Australia's national science agency, have commissioned
Miroma Project Factory to deliver a groundbreaking mobile app that helps people
with cerebral palsy (CP), their carers, and clinicians understand and navigate
evidence-based treatments with confidence.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2786708/cpThrive.html>
Developed by Miroma Project Factory in partnership with leading researchers,
cpThrive transforms decades of cerebral palsy evidence into everyday guidance
for families and clinicians.

Developed as part of the national TRANSMIT project (Translation Strategy
Improving Function),cpThrive transforms decades of research into an easy-to-use
"traffic light" guide, helping people with lived experience of CP to quickly
identify therapies tailored to individual priorities and needs. The app could
not have been developed without the support of our incredible research partners
with lived experience, Children's Health Queensland, and The Sydney Children's
Hospital Network.

cpThrive is an accessible, personalised, user-friendly tool designed through
a thorough co-design process with people living with CP, clinicians,
researchers, and policy experts. The app aims to improve functional outcomes
and inform access to proven therapies across Australia.

The cpThrive app contains over 130 medical, allied health and other
treatments. Short videos, collected from across Australia and internationally,
demonstrate real-life therapy examples. The app is based on the globally
recognised work of Professor Iona Novak, Dr Michelle Jackman, Dr Dana Bradford,
Professor Nadia Badawi, Dr Cathy Morgan, Professor Leanne Sakzewski, Professor
Roslyn Boyd, Professor Michael Fahey, and Dr Maria Mc Namara, in collaboration
with the research team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance and other partners.

"This app is an important step in bridging the gap between research and
real-world care. Evidence doesn't help if it stays in academic papers. cpThrive
ensures that what we know works is actually used by those who need it most,"
said Professor Iona Novak.

The app aims to close the gap between the therapies we know that work and
what gets implemented. Currently, only 55% of people receive effective therapy,
while 43% receive treatments that may be ineffective or even harmful. cpThrive
sets out to change that.

Miroma Project Factory securely designed and developed cpThrive as a
Flutter-based mobile app with a solid back end and a user-centred experience.
The app forms part of a national five-year research program funded by the
National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC), and supported by the
National Disability Insurance Agency, and leading CP researchers from The
University of Sydney, CSIRO and The University of Queensland.

cpThrive will launch in Australia shortly and will continue to evolve based
on user feedback and ongoing research outcomes.

The app will also help researchers understand how access to reliable,
evidence-based information will benefit families.

Key features of the cpThrive app

* Tailored app experiences for people with CP, and their carers.
* Save favourite therapies, get real-time feedback, and view treatment
options based on personal priorities.
* Built-in accessibility features such as large text and screen reader
compatibility.
* Simple participation process for the national research study.
* Easy updating and reporting tools for researchers.
* Secure data storage that meets national research and privacy standards.
Call for families to sign up!

Six hundred families are needed to download the app, register their details,
and start using it, providing feedback through a short survey every three
months. Feedback from people with lived experience will be used to capture
positive and negative feedback for designers and researchers to review and
update the app.

By bringing decades of research into a practical digital tool, the app
bridges the gap between science and everyday life, helping families, carers,
and clinicians make confident, informed decisions that improve outcomes and
quality of life.

iMPAKT by MPF: Turning Compassion into Data, and Data into Change

SYDNEY, Jan. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Across the world, healthcare systems are
shifting toward value - based models - ones that prioritise experience,
outcomes, and quality of life, not just throughput or efficiency. The rise of
PREMs (Patient Reported Experience Measures) and PROMs (Patient Reported
Outcome Measures) reflects this shift. But these frameworks are only as good as
the systems that support them.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2786645/Impakt.html>
The iMPAKT platform transforming patient feedback into insights that drive
better healthcare.

That's why Miroma Project Factory (MPF) <https://www.theprojectfactory.com/>
has partnered with Ulster University to launch
<https://www.theprojectfactory.com/projects/impakt>iMPAKT
<https://www.theprojectfactory.com/projects/impakt>: a transformative mobile
and dashboard platform designed to embed person-centred care into the everyday
rhythm of healthcare delivery.

Built for nurses, midwives, and their patients, iMPAKT brings to life a
measurement framework over a decade in the making - one that distils
person-centred care into eight core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and
enables frontline teams to capture, analyse, and act on real-world feedback.
With rich data drawn from surveys, storytelling, patient records, and
time-spent observations, the app gives health professionals a clear picture of
how well they're delivering on what matters most to patients: respect,
involvement, connection, and trust.

After an initial feasibility study and years of refinement, MPF was brought
on board to transform the research prototype into a full commercial-grade
mobile application. Leveraging its Honeycomb middleware, MPF delivered both the
Flutter-based iOS and Android apps as well as a web-based reporting dashboard
that healthcare leaders can use to track progress across departments and
benchmark against other sites and settings.

From maternity wards to community nursing teams, iMPAKT is already in use
across seven international sites, including the Prince of Wales Hospital in
Sydney. Nurses can hand the app to patients to capture their stories, reflect
on those insights, and use tailored dashboards to guide critical team
discussions and service improvements. Everything is designed to run in six-week
"cycles," creating momentum for teams to reflect, reset, and improve.

The app has shown it can do more than report - it can provoke action,
accelerate learning, and support shared decision-making in ways traditional
systems can't. And with minimal burden on busy staff.

"iMPAKT is what happens when research, design, and clinical practice finally
meet in the middle," saidKat Robinson, CEO at MPF.
<https://www.linkedin.com/in/katjaderobinson/>"It's proof that digital tools
can support dignity, not just data. And in doing so, it gives frontline staff a
way to lead culture change from the inside out."

With renewed interest and backing from Ulster University, the project has now
secured a new round of development through the Enabling Research Award from the
Public Health Agency's HSC R&D Division, with the aim of scaling iMPAKT as a
global standard for patient experience evaluation and clinical impact
measurement.

But iMPAKT's most powerful feature may be its simplicity: it puts reflection,
storytelling, and accountability back where they belong - at the bedside.

"This is how we restore the heart in healthcare. Not by asking nurses to do
more - but by giving them tools that show how much they already do."

About iMPAKT

iMPAKT is a digital health platform developed by Ulster University in
collaboration with Miroma Project Factory, designed to enable nursing and
midwifery teams to measure and improve person-centred care. Using eight
evidence-based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), iMPAKT captures patient
experiences through four data collection methods and transforms them into
actionable insights via a mobile app and web dashboard. The platform is
currently being tested across the UK andAustralia, with plans for commercial
expansion supported by new research and funding partnerships.

And in doing so, it gives frontline staff a way to lead culture change from the inside out."

With renewed interest and backing from Ulster University, the project has now secured a new round of development through the Enabling Research Award from the Public Health Agency's HSC R&D Division, with the aim of scaling iMPAKT as a global standard for patient experience evaluation and clinical impact measurement.

But iMPAKT's most powerful feature may be its simplicity: it puts reflection, storytelling, and accountability back where they belong - at the bedside.

"This is how we restore the heart in healthcare. Not by asking nurses to do more - but by giving them tools that show how much they already do."

About iMPAKT

iMPAKT is a digital health platform developed by Ulster University in collaboration with Miroma Project Factory, designed to enable nursing and midwifery teams to measure and improve person-centred care. Using eight evidence-based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), iMPAKT captures patient experiences through four data collection methods and transforms them into actionable insights via a mobile app and web dashboard. The platform is currently being tested across the UK and Australia, with plans for commercial expansion supported by new research and funding partnerships.

Miroma Project Factory: Powers Clinical-Grade App for One of Australia's Largest Smoking Cessation Trials

SYDNEY, Dec. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Miroma Project Factory (MPF)
<https://www.theprojectfactory.com/> has delivered a bespoke mobile solution
for Screen2Quit, part of the International Lung Study trial and one of
Australia's most ambitious research studies targeting smoking cessation in
people undergoing lung cancer screening.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2795289/Screen2Quit__1.html>
Screen2Quit by Miroma Project Factory: powering Australia’s largest smoking
cessation trial with clinical-grade app technology.

Commissioned by the Thoracic Research Centre at the University of Queensland
and developed in partnership with Queensland Health,Screen2Quit is a revised,
clinical version of theMy QuitBuddy
<https://www.theprojectfactory.com/projects/mqb-rebrand>application redeveloped
and instrumented to collect participant backend data for a multi-year
randomised controlled trial (RCT). The goal: to determine whether app-based
interventions can significantly outperform websites or control conditions in
helping people quit smoking, still the leading cause of preventable disease
worldwide.

From the outside, Screen2Quit looks and feels familiar to a smoking cessation
application, but beneath the surface lies a purpose-built digital trial engine
capable of tracking every interaction, from user-entered quit plans through
scrolling and page navigation to community engagement, all while maintaining
strict research integrity.

MPF's scope included native app development for both iOS and Android, and the
creation of two secure backends. One backend supports community forum
moderation, while the bespoke administration portal captures trial-specific
analytics and fully anonymised data capture. Each app user is registered via a
unique trial ID that gates access and ties in-session behaviour to anonymised
clinical outcomes, enabling researchers to explore how digital behaviours
relate to real-world smoking cessation.

"We're proud to help deliver a real-world health intervention that's not only
scalable, but scientifically robust," said Jennifer Wilson, Founder and
Futurist MPF <https://www.linkedin.com/in/jenwilsonsydney/>. "Screen2Quit takes
behaviour change out of the lab and into people's lives—with real data to back
it."

The build was delivered in two structured phases:

* Phase 1 focused on core functionality: onboarding updates for trial
enrollment, user navigation improvements, analytics configuration, regional
localisation, and the creation of a trial-specific forum with moderator tools.
* Phase 2 added deeper analytics, forum download features, enhanced user
activity logging, and infrastructure support for multi-jurisdiction deployment.
The app is deployed as part of the ILST (International Lung Screen Trial),
which is funded by the NHMRC and supported by a cross-disciplinary clinical
team. MPF continues to support the platform under a multi-year maintenance
agreement, providing technical oversight, app store management, and hosting
infrastructure for the duration of the trial.

Reaching Young People with Real-Time, Human-Centred Support: Cancer Council to Launch AI for Youth Vaping Cessation

SYDNEY, Nov. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Miroma Project Factory (MPF)
<https://www.theprojectfactory.com/> is proud to announce the successful
completion of the Technical Feasibility Assessment (TFA) and Proof of Concept
(POC) for an AI-powered vaping cessation support tool designed specifically for
young Australians aged 14 to 25, in collaboration with Cancer Council NSW
<https://www.cancercouncil.com.au/>.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2786622/image.html>
The proof of concept, co-designed with young people, explores how AI can
deliver safe, personalised support to help quit vaping.

With vaping rates rising and traditional cessation tools failing to connect
with younger audiences, this early-stage work represents a crucial step in
ensuring any eventual AI solution is both effective and safe. By focusing first
on technical feasibility, the project team has been able to identify
opportunities, assess risks, and set clear boundaries for responsible AI use
before committing resources to full-scale development and complex training.

Developed in close collaboration with young people, health experts, and youth
organisations, the concept is for a chatbot that offers accessible,
non-judgmental guidance in a voice young people can relate to. It would include
goal setting, personalised messages, milestone tracking, and escalation support
when needed, all designed to feel like a conversation with a peer rather than a
lecture.

"This isn't about telling young people what to do, it's about listening to
what they need," saidKat Robinson, CEO of Miroma Project Factory
<https://www.linkedin.com/in/katjaderobinson/>.
<https://www.linkedin.com/in/katjaderobinson/>"By thoroughly testing
feasibility and boundaries first, we're ensuring any final product is aligned
with both youth needs and responsible technology principles."

This project was backed by research, informed by experience, it builds on a
national co-design process involving over 150 young Australians, facilitated by
Cancer Council NSW and supported by partners including U1, MASS LBP, and Avion.
The research confirmed that young people want help to quit but they want it on
their terms.

The strongest demand came for tools that are accessible on mobile, available
24/7, and allow users to check in with themselves, track progress, and receive
encouragement without shame or pressure. More than 80% of surveyed young people
said they would use a tool like this if it were available today.

The chatbot experience will respond directly to those insights - offering a
highly personalised quit journey that feels safe, supportive, and youth-led.

This proof of concept sets the stage for scale, the foundation for a broader
digital vaping cessation platform designed to meet the needs of diverse young
people acrossAustralia. The vision is clear: build a national digital service
that combines empathy, evidence, and technology to reduce harm and increase
access to support - particularly for those who may never engage with
traditional help-seeking pathways.

MPF was pivotal in contributing to strategic technical planning, user
experience design, content development, and communications positioning -
ensuring the prototype is not only viable, but built to inform future
partnerships, funding pathways, and national scale-up.

The proof of concept, co-designed with young people, explores how AI can deliver safe, personalised support to help quit vaping.

With vaping rates rising and traditional cessation tools failing to connect with younger audiences, this early-stage work represents a crucial step in ensuring any eventual AI solution is both effective and safe. By focusing first on technical feasibility, the project team has been able to identify opportunities, assess risks, and set clear boundaries for responsible AI use before committing resources to full-scale development and complex training.

Developed in close collaboration with young people, health experts, and youth organisations, the concept is for a chatbot that offers accessible, non-judgmental guidance in a voice young people can relate to. It would include goal setting, personalised messages, milestone tracking, and escalation support when needed, all designed to feel like a conversation with a peer rather than a lecture.

"This isn't about telling young people what to do, it's about listening to what they need," said Kat Robinson, CEO of Miroma Project Factory. "By thoroughly testing feasibility and boundaries first, we're ensuring any final product is aligned with both youth needs and responsible technology principles."

This project was backed by research, informed by experience, it builds on a national co-design process involving over 150 young Australians, facilitated by Cancer Council NSW and supported by partners including U1, MASS LBP, and Avion. The research confirmed that young people want help to quit but they want it on their terms.

The strongest demand came for tools that are accessible on mobile, available 24/7, and allow users to check in with themselves, track progress, and receive encouragement without shame or pressure. More than 80% of surveyed young people said they would use a tool like this if it were available today.

The chatbot experience will respond directly to those insights - offering a highly personalised quit journey that feels safe, supportive, and youth-led.

This proof of concept sets the stage for scale, the foundation for a broader digital vaping cessation platform designed to meet the needs of diverse young people across Australia. The vision is clear: build a national digital service that combines empathy, evidence, and technology to reduce harm and increase access to support - particularly for those who may never engage with traditional help-seeking pathways.

MPF was pivotal in contributing to strategic technical planning, user experience design, content development, and communications positioning - ensuring the prototype is not only viable, but built to inform future partnerships, funding pathways, and national scale-up.

Miroma Project Factory's Avow App Leads the Way in Tech-Driven Domestic Violence Prevention

SYDNEY, Nov. 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Miroma Project Factory (MPF)
<https://www.theprojectfactory.com/> has re-launched an updated and re-designed
version of Avow,Australia's first digital tool designed specifically to support
individuals who use violence, helping them understand Apprehended Domestic
Violence Orders (ADVOs), reflect on their behaviour, and take steps to avoid
reoffending.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2786618/AVOW_PR.html>
Miroma Project Factory’s Avow app, redesigned to support individuals in
understanding ADVO conditions and engaging with behaviour change tools for
domestic violence prevention.

The Avow app
<https://dcj.nsw.gov.au/children-and-families/family-domestic-and-sexual-violence/support-programs/avow.html>
, developed in partnership with theNSW Department of Communities and Justice
<https://dcj.nsw.gov.au/> (DCJ), was built in response to a stark reality: more
than a third of ADVO breaches occur within the first month of the order being
issued. With long wait times and limited availability for behaviour change
programs and low early engagement with support services, many perpetrators lack
information and tools for reflection or clarity in the critical moments
following initial police or court contact.

"The Avow app puts information perpetrators need to comply with their ADVO at
their fingertips". "It's available anytime, anywhere, for free, meaning
perpetrators can more easily address their behaviour."said Mr Speakman in 2021
as then Minister for Prevention of Domestic and Sexual Violence

First released in 2021 and fully redesigned in 2024 to optimise the user
experience, Avow provides a personal, non-judgemental digital space where users
can access plain English information to understand their legal conditions and
the court process, access support, set personal goals, and develop strategies
using techniques grounded in evidence-based behavioural science that aim to
reduce their risk of reoffending and ultimately improve victim safety.

Its recent redevelopment into Flutter has modernised the user experience into
something inclusive, accessible and optimised for scale. What was initially a
static, male-oriented tool is now a dynamic, gender-neutral platform focused on
engagement and impact.

MPF led the redesign and technical build, delivering:

* Chat-driven onboarding
* Goal setting and affirmation features
* Court appointment reminders and ADVO condition review
* Self-paced behaviour change planning
* Action plans linked to emotional triggers and common ADVO breach risks
* Up to date support content for self-referral, reflection and legal literacy
"Avow is proof that we can meet people at their most volatile and stressful
moments with a digital solution that helps them choose a different path and
make better decisions," said Lynette Reeves, Behaviour Change Specialist for
MPF and Program Lead for Avow.
<https://www.linkedin.com/in/lynette-reeves-20525214/> "We built this app to be
a quiet but powerful intervention that users can use anytime, anywhere. And
now, national policy is finally catching up."

Indeed, the 2024 Rapid Review of Prevention Approaches, commissioned by the
Commonwealth, explicitly called forearly, technology-enabled interventions that
promote self-reflection and accountability. Avow, which has been delivering
exactly that since 2018, was recently highlighted as an example of what the
sector needs more of: scalable, low-barrier, trauma-informed tools for people
who use violence.

Avow has been downloaded over 2,000 times, with a 39% returning user rate and
strong engagement across key features such as "My ADVO", "Court Info", and "My
Action Plan". Frontline workers report that clients who use Avow show improved
understanding of their conditions, greater openness to therapeutic referrals,
and reduction in impulsive, breach-prone behaviour.

As state and federal governments look to fund the next wave of domestic
violence prevention solutions, Avow is uniquely positioned - validated by
frontline uptake, ready for jurisdictional localisation, and aligned with
national prevention strategies. The Avow team welcomes opportunities for
community engagement and partnerships to continue this work into the future.

About Avow

Avow is a behaviour change app designed to support domestic violence
perpetrators better understand and comply with their Apprehended Domestic
Violence Orders (ADVOs). Developed by Miroma Project Factory in partnership

literacy, risk planning, and reflective tools in a private, digital format. It
is one of the only Australian tools targeting perpetrators directly, helping
reduce early-stage breaches and promote safer choices. Avow has been in use
since 2021 and is now undergoing further expansion to align with national
prevention priorities.

Avow is promoted to users by the NSW Department of Communities and Justice
<https://dcj.nsw.gov.au/children-and-families/family-domestic-and-sexual-violence/support-programs/avow.html>

Meet HI the AI Assistant That Could Change How Finance Thinks, Decides and Leads

SYDNEY, Oct. 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- In the high-pressure world of modern
finance, decisions are made in seconds - but their impact can last a lifetime.
For over 30 years,The Ethics Centre <https://ethics.org.au/>, an independent
not-for-profit, has supported individuals and organisations in making ethical
decisions they can stand by. Now, in partnership withMiroma Project Factory
(MPF) <https://www.theprojectfactory.com/>, it has developed HI (Human
Intelligence): a groundbreaking AI prototype that is designed to bring ethical
reflection into the everyday workflow of banking and finance professionals.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2795253/hi_laptoxxxp_phone_1__1.html>
HI AI ethics assistant developed by The Ethics Centre and MPF to support
ethical choices in finance and banking.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2795254/EthicsCenter_Asset.html>
HI AI ethics assistant developed by The Ethics Centre and MPF to support
ethical choices in finance and banking.

In a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, powered by natural
language processing and guided by deep sector insight, HI offers a different
vision: instead of using AI to make decisions for people, the project explores
how to use it to deepen what makes us human. Rather than outsourcing our
thinking or faster answers; it focuses on better questions. HI recognises that
our values, empathy, and gut instincts are vital strengths; and enhances them.

The demand for a tool like this is clear, especially for younger
professionals in the finance sector. According to Deloitte's 2024 Gen Z and
Millennial Survey, half of Gen Zs (50%) and 43% of millennials have rejected an
assignment or project based on personal ethics or beliefs, and almost as many
have walked away from employers altogether. Meanwhile, 77% of frontline finance
staff say they face ethical decisions multiple times a day, yet few feel they
have the time, or the tools, to navigate those dilemmas well.

Each year, The Ethics Centre mentors early career professionals through its
Banking and Financial Services Oath (BFSO) Young Ambassador Program. The Centre
works with them to develop projects that increase ethical knowledge and skills
in that industry – especially amongst young people. HI was a project that the
Young Ambassadors helped develop as an example of how AI could be used to embed
ethical decision making in daily decisions at work.

Cris Parker, Director of BFSO
<https://www.linkedin.com/in/cris-parker-ba877426/> at The Ethics Centre said:
"As new technologies like AI emerge, it's common to hear a wide range of
predictions - some hopeful, others more cautious. The Ethics Centre is
collaborating with organisations likeCSIRO <https://www.csiro.au/en/>to help
establish clear and responsible ethical guidelines for how this powerful and
transformative technology is developed and used. HI is one example of a
prototype designed to support thoughtful, informed decision-making both now and
in the future. It shows how technology can be applied in a practical,
meaningful way to address real-world challenges with care and insight."

The HI MVP has been designed to be delivered as a browser-based widget and
Slack/Teams plugin, designed to meet people where they already are. Feedback
from the Young Ambassadors expressed a need for tools for self-reflection and
guidance to help think through difficult professional challenges. Whether a
user is working through a tough customer decision, questioning a workplace
policy, or just needs a moment of self-reflection,HI provides real-time,
context-aware prompts that guide ethical thinking, not prescribe it.

"For today's workforce, ethics is not theoretical. It's personal," said Kat
Robinson, Global CEO of MPF <https://www.linkedin.com/in/katjaderobinson/>.

"This generation doesn't just want to do good work – they want to do work
that is good. Projects likeHI are our answer to that challenge: a quiet,
consistent companion that helps people think clearly, act thoughtfully, and
lead with integrity in the flow of their day. HI shows that AI doesn't have to
replace judgment; it can restore it. We're showing that we can use technology
not to make decisions for people, but to make people better at making
decisions. And that's what the future of work demands," said Robinson.

Early beta user testing has confirmed its value:

* 95% said the tool helped them understand how their values influence their
decisions
* 82% believe a tool like this would be helpful industry-wide
* 91% rated the tool's dashboard and feedback features positively HI is being
designed to be more than a reflection prompt. It aims to be a sophisticated
learning ecosystem combining interactive ethical scenarios, micro-lessons,
decision-tree guidance, and streak-based gamification to promote ongoing
engagement and skill-building. Using fiction and storytelling, the tool invites
users to explore difficult scenarios with emotional and cognitive safety. Over
time, it is designed to build people's ethical muscle.

While it is currently still in its R&D phase, the tool's ultimate goal is to
make ethical consideration consistent, woven into the rhythm of daily work, not
reserved for workshops or crisis meetings. For financial services in
particular, where even minor decisions can have major consequences, a shift
like this could redefine trust, integrity, and accountability at scale.

Cris Parker, Director of BFSO at The Ethics Centre said: "As new technologies like AI emerge, it's common to hear a wide range of predictions - some hopeful, others more cautious. The Ethics Centre is collaborating with organisations like CSIRO to help establish clear and responsible ethical guidelines for how this powerful and transformative technology is developed and used. HI is one example of a prototype designed to support thoughtful, informed decision-making both now and in the future. It shows how technology can be applied in a practical, meaningful way to address real-world challenges with care and insight."

The HI MVP has been designed to be delivered as a browser-based widget and Slack/Teams plugin, designed to meet people where they already are. Feedback from the Young Ambassadors expressed a need for tools for self-reflection and guidance to help think through difficult professional challenges. Whether a user is working through a tough customer decision, questioning a workplace policy, or just needs a moment of self-reflection, HI provides real-time, context-aware prompts that guide ethical thinking, not prescribe it.

"For today's workforce, ethics is not theoretical. It's personal," said Kat Robinson, Global CEO of MPF.

"This generation doesn't just want to do good work – they want to do work that is good. Projects like HI are our answer to that challenge: a quiet, consistent companion that helps people think clearly, act thoughtfully, and lead with integrity in the flow of their day. HI shows that AI doesn't have to replace judgment; it can restore it. We're showing that we can use technology not to make decisions for people, but to make people better at making decisions. And that's what the future of work demands," said Robinson.

Early beta user testing has confirmed its value:

95% said the tool helped them understand how their values influence their decisions

82% believe a tool like this would be helpful industry-wide

91% rated the tool's dashboard and feedback features positively

HI is being designed to be more than a reflection prompt. It aims to be a sophisticated learning ecosystem combining interactive ethical scenarios, micro-lessons, decision-tree guidance, and streak-based gamification to promote ongoing engagement and skill-building. Using fiction and storytelling, the tool invites users to explore difficult scenarios with emotional and cognitive safety. Over time, it is designed to build people's ethical muscle.

While it is currently still in its R&D phase, the tool's ultimate goal is to make ethical consideration consistent, woven into the rhythm of daily work, not reserved for workshops or crisis meetings. For financial services in particular, where even minor decisions can have major consequences, a shift like this could redefine trust, integrity, and accountability at scale.

Compass, the revolutionary application that aims to reduce the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes

SYDNEY, Oct. 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Approximately 1 million Australian adults
have Type 2 diabetes and it is estimated over 2 million people are pre-diabetic
or are at high risk of developing the disease.*Miroma Project Factory (MPF)
<https://www.theprojectfactory.com/> collaborated with leading Government
scientists and researchers to develop a 12-week health program for Australians
at risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2785537/Compass.html>
Compass app by MPF helps Australians reduce risk of Type 2 diabetes through
gamified health tracking and education.

The Compass app was created through an extensive co-design process with a
group of target users. They wanted this to be game-like, but not a game; to be
strongly based on Australian iconography; to build in information and learning
as a key deliverable and to be engaging, accessible, trustworthy. They wanted
to see their progress as a 'journey' and be given challenges to show their
resilience - all with the aim of increasing their knowledge as a foundation to
changing their behaviour.

As the leaders in behavioural change, MPF ensured that Compass used proven
techniques and scientifically validated data to help users increase their
'health literacy' and adopt healthier habits around physical activity and
eating. Each day of each week, there were missions, represented as stepping
stones on the journey, to complete.

Glen Wong <https://www.linkedin.com/in/glen-wong-984a31110/>Head of
Production MPF <https://www.linkedin.com/in/glen-wong-984a31110/> commented
<https://www.linkedin.com/in/glen-wong-984a31110/>, "From the start, it was a
real partnership to achieve a common goal. They were really receptive to our
ideas, actively participated in the development of the app and gave us great
feedback. We're thrilled with the results and can see how this can be
repurposed in many different ways for various kinds of good."

The app uses the devices' inbuilt health tracker, including wearables, to
record a user's step count in order to track their activity and display
progress throughout the program.

Compass users were encouraged to log their mood each day and to undertake
targeted improvements related to their levels of physical activity, nutrition
and diet, as well as increase their health literacy and general health
awareness. These were represented back to the, in playful graphs and they could
see how they progressed from a human perspective - for example, their steps
were represented as a journey aroundAustralia.

Based on their identified activities, Compass gave them options to adjust
their actions using cognitive behavioural change techniques. This helped the
app to have a stronger effect on people and developed more long-lasting change.

The app was part of a closed trial and included over 300 users. Post trial
feedback was incredibly positive about the app and all users felt that the
encouragement and gamified nature increased their compliance, enjoyment and
participation.

MPF Powers a Mission-Critical Rebuild of Bridge2Practise: From Legacy Chaos to a Future-Ready Clinical Education Platform

SYDNEY, Oct. 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Miroma Project Factory (MPF)
<https://www.theprojectfactory.com/> has partnered with the University of Sydney
to deliver a high-stakes, deeply technical modernisation ofBridge2Practise
<https://bridge2practice.com/>—a clinical skills training platform used by
medical students and educators to simulate and assess procedural learning.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2785490/Bridge2Practice.html>
MPF rebuilds Bridge2Practise, transforming clinical education with modern
technology and improved usability

Behind the scenes, Bridge2Practise was running on a five-year-old version of
MeteorJS, linked to a deprecated database platform, with manual deployments,
missing infrastructure documentation, and broken user flows. A growing backlog
of bugs, performance issues, and unfulfilled feature requests had placed the
platform under increasing operational strain.

This extensive rebuild transformed Bridge2Practise from a brittle,
developer-dependent system to a scalable, maintainable platform ready for
continued innovation.

"Miroma came to our rescue, brilliantly responding to our immediate needs to
sustain the platform, while supporting us to continuously improve the user
experience with improved design and clever intuitive additions. Their agile and
immediate problem solving has meant B2P has been free from any outages, and
student/instructor support has been delivered globally within the promised
timeframes. Our students continue to have improved learning outcomes using B2P
and we are thrilled to have an ongoing partnership with them to elevate the
product to commercialisation." said Dr Cate Madill, Associate Professor, at the
University of Sydney. <https://www.linkedin.com/in/cate-madill-570b815b/>

MPF's work was both urgent and surgical. Over the course of the engagement,
the team:

* Recovered lost server configurations and redeployed a staging environment
from a production AMI clone.

* Migrated all platform data from the deprecated Compose service to MongoDB
Atlas with zero loss.

* Incrementally upgraded MeteorJS from version 1.4.3.2 to 2.8.1—spanning
nearly a decade of framework evolution—while preserving critical functionality.

* Set up modern CI/CD pipelines using AWS ECS and GitHub Actions to
future-proof ongoing development.

* Conducted end-to-end QA and performance checks throughout the upgrade
process, ensuring platform integrity at every step. "At Miroma Project Factory,
we thrive on turning complex, high-stakes challenges into stable, scalable
solutions," saidKatherine Robinson, Global CEO of Miroma Project Factory.
<https://www.linkedin.com/in/katjaderobinson/>"Bridge2Practise wasn't just a
rebuild, it was a rescue mission. Our team worked hand-in-hand with Cate and
her team at theUniversity of Sydney to stabilise a critical platform for
clinical education, while laying the groundwork for future innovation. This
project reflects what we do best: making technology more resilient and
intuitive. Ready to meet the demands of tomorrow."

Following the infrastructure transformation, MPF responded to a series of
long-standing enhancement requests from platform stakeholders. These
enhancements were prioritised to address known pain points for educators and
students alike, and delivered in close collaboration with the University's team
- laying the foundation for a more intuitive, data-informed platform
experience, with additional improvements planned under ongoing support.

Bridge2Practise is now fully operational, faster, and better equipped to
support digital clinical education at scale. MPF remains the digital delivery
partner, supporting ongoing enhancements as part of a structured support
agreement. These new features were designed to improve usability for
instructors, admins, and students alike, including:

* Auto-archiving for inactive groups, including time-based reminders and
admin override access.

* A new admin analytics dashboard, providing insights into usage patterns,
activity uptake, and data uploads.

* Comparison video tooltips within clinical assessment forms to assist
learning via reference media.

Behind the scenes, Bridge2Practise was running on a five-year-old version of MeteorJS, linked to a deprecated database platform, with manual deployments, missing infrastructure documentation, and broken user flows. A growing backlog of bugs, performance issues, and unfulfilled feature requests had placed the platform under increasing operational strain.

This extensive rebuild transformed Bridge2Practise from a brittle, developer-dependent system to a scalable, maintainable platform ready for continued innovation.

"Miroma came to our rescue, brilliantly responding to our immediate needs to sustain the platform, while supporting us to continuously improve the user experience with improved design and clever intuitive additions. Their agile and immediate problem solving has meant B2P has been free from any outages, and student/instructor support has been delivered globally within the promised timeframes. This project reflects what we do best: making technology more resilient and intuitive. Ready to meet the demands of tomorrow."

Following the infrastructure transformation, MPF responded to a series of long-standing enhancement requests from platform stakeholders. These enhancements were prioritised to address known pain points for educators and students alike, and delivered in close collaboration with the University's team - laying the foundation for a more intuitive, data-informed platform experience, with additional improvements planned under ongoing support.

Bridge2Practise is now fully operational, faster, and better equipped to support digital clinical education at scale.
GoShorty puts the pedal down. From quote to cover in a tap: MPF delivers mobile loyalty and simplicity for users.

SYDNEY, Oct. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Award-winning UK-based insurance disruptor
GoShorty <https://goshorty.co.uk/> has partnered with Miroma Project Factory
(MPF) <https://www.theprojectfactory.com/projects/go-shorty> to design and
build a sleek, feature-packed mobile application that redefines how people buy
and manage short-term car insurance, from learner drivers to van movers and
everything in between.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2785231/GS_PressRelease.html>
GoShorty shifts gears with MPF: a mobile app redefining short-term insurance.

GoShorty's website was already a high-performing digital storefront, but with
92% of traffic coming via mobile, there was a clear need for a dedicated
application to serve repeat customers better, reduce friction, and drive down
acquisition costs. MPF answered with an experience that combines seamless quote
recall, lightning-fast repurchase flows, and smart nudges that help users
insure smarter, not harder.

"Since launching 5 years ago GoShorty has seen significant growth to the
stage that we're now one of the most recognised brands in our market. Our
customers already buy from us again and again via our website, and our new app
will help them to get insured and on their way even quicker and easier with all
of their details stored and ready to go in an instant. We're also launching
GoShare within the app to help our customers to share cars and vans within
their family and friend groups, helping to get people moving whatever their
reasons for travel" said Phil Evans, Managing Director at GoShorty.
<https://goshorty.co.uk/blog/author/phil-evans/>

MPF led a full-stack delivery across product feature research, UX/UI,
development and analytics integration anchored by real user insight gathered
from interviews and A/B tests. The result is an app that doesn't just replicate
the website - it evolves it.

"At MPF, we don't just build apps - we build tools that understand user
context and move the business forward," said
<https://www.linkedin.com/in/katjaderobinson/>Kat Robinson, Global CEO of MPF
<https://www.linkedin.com/in/katjaderobinson/>. "GoShorty is a category leader
in its space, and this product reflects that ambition: fast, simple,
delightful, and ready to scale."

MPF delivered the platform working shoulder-to-shoulder with GoShorty's tech
and marketing units, creating not only the app but a roadmap for future
loyalty, data insights, and referral-driven grow. Following the successful
build, MPF continues to provide support, testing, and feature rollout as part
of a long-term shared goal of assisting GoShorty to rapidly advance in market
expansion.

Built for Speed, Loyalty, and Utility

The GoShorty app was engineered around three pillars: easy re-purchasing,
loyalty by design, and smarter decision support. Key features include:

* Retrieval of existing quotes and policies
* Access to purchase history, real-time quote generation, and flexible repeat
purchase flows—plus the ability to buy the same cover again in just a few taps.
* In-app loyalty scheme, rewarding users for engagement and frequent
purchasing, integrated with GoShorty's CRM for deeper personalisation.
* "GoShare" functionality that allows users to share a car with friends and
co-manage short-term cover within a secure group.
* Animated rewards, push notifications, SMS reminders, and real-time
error-handling all wrapped in a mobile-first design optimised for Apple and
Android users alike. About GoShorty

Media Literacy Goes Mainstream for Aussie Kids

SYDNEY, Sept. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- With media literacy newly added to the
national schools curriculum,Miroma Project Factory (MPF)
<https://www.theprojectfactory.com/> is proud to have collaborated with Squiz
Kids <https://www.squizkids.com.au/about-newshounds/> on the rebuild of
Newshounds <https://www.theprojectfactory.com/projects/the-newshounds> program,
a world-first classroom resource helping Australian primary school kids spot
misinformation online. Originally launched three years ago and now refreshed
for today's classrooms, Newshounds engages kids aged 8–12 through gamified
storytelling, teaching them essential skills for navigating the digital world.
With over 4,500 classrooms already using the tool, MPF and Squiz Kids are
ensuring teachers have a playful, practical way to build the next generation of
savvy content consumers.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2778122/Newshounds_EDM___2.html>
Teaching the next generation media smarts

"Kids have more information coming at them than at any other time in
history," saidBryce Corbett
<https://www.linkedin.com/in/bryce-corbett-cf-32b992103/>, Director for Squiz
Kids. "It's why there's never been a more important time for them to learn, at
an early age and before they have a smartphone in their hands, how to tell
online fact from fiction.

"Newshounds teaches them just that. And we were so pleased to have MPF help
us reimagine the resource to make it even more engaging."

Newshounds puts kids in the paws of Squiz-E - the world's first internet
detective dog. As they progress through animated scenes, interactive newsrooms,
and real-world inspired media challenges, players learn how to question
sources, spot misinformation, and distinguish between facts, opinions, and
clickbait.

The experience is grounded in a comprehensive learning framework developed by
Squiz Kids with support from media literacy experts and educators. MPF worked
closely with Squiz Kids to bring this vision to life as an immersive,
responsive web-based game playable on any device, with minimal barriers to
access for schools and families.

Developed in alignment with national education outcomes and tested in real
classrooms,Newshounds represents the kind of digital-first learning experience
Australian schools are increasingly seeking. Its launch coincides with media
literacy becoming part of the national curriculum - a timely and much-needed
shift toward building critical thinking skills in the digital age.

Working to a Squiz Kids remit to overhaul version 1.0 of Newshounds, MPF
provided the technical expertise to transform the piloted, static classroom
toolkit into a dynamic, interactive-based experience tailored for primary
students aged 8-12. The platform features:

* Gamified modules exploring truth, bias, misinformation, and source
evaluation
* Age-appropriate quizzes, videos, and prompts to support class discussion
and reflection
* A teacher dashboard for lesson planning and tracking student progress
* Scaffolded content mapped to cognitive development and curriculum standards
As noted in a recent Squiz Kids newsletter, "Media literacy becomes part of the
curriculum! Oh happy day!" (Squiz Kids Weekly Newsletter, May 2025), Newshounds
is well-positioned to become a flagship tool - making media literacy not only
accessible, but engaging, for teachers and students alike.

By making critical thinking fun, interactive and easy to deliver, Newshounds
helps lay the foundation for a generation of young Australians who know not
just how to consume information - but how to question it.

UNSW and NeuRA Lead New Study to Explore How ReNeuWell® App Supports Mental Wellbeing

SYDNEY, Sept. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- A clinical trial is being launched by
researchers from UNSW and Neuroscience Research Australian (NeuRA) for a new
app called ReNeuWell®, based on a scientifically validated measure of wellbeing.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2762146/ReNeuWell.html>
UNSW and NeuRA launch ReNeuWell® app, applying psychology and neuroscience to
support adult mental health.

The application has been designed in collaboration with a research team led
by A/ProfessorJustine Gatt from UNSW's School of Psychology and NeuRA. It uses
the COMPAS-W Wellbeing Scale - which measures both subjective and psychological
wellbeing, a scale developed by A/ProfJustine Gatt and that has been validated
in neuroscience. Miroma Project Factory, specialists in creating highly
successful solutions delivering meaningful behaviour change including carefully
applied gamification techniques. In developing the app and designing activities
they ensured it complimented and supported the scientific research around
activities.

"MPF have been working with Justine and her team for over five years to
fulfil her life's body of work in the field of mental wellbeing and resilience.
We are very proud to be working alongside UNSW and NeuRA to deliver a tool that
accelerates and encourages wellbeing and resilience, especially after such a
long period of prolonged stress for so many community members. It could not
come at a better time. We look forward to watching this app deliver real
change, and to continue working alongside the team to build community-enhancing
solutions."Katherine Robinson <https://www.linkedin.com/in/katjaderobinson/>,
CEO.

The ReNeuWell® app allows for interactive participation and self-analysis
through exercises, games, tasks, goals and activities. The use of
questionnaires, action-based data tracking and self-monitoring also provides
data capture and collection to facilitate the research being conducted in the
field of 'resilience'. The goal of this app is to help accelerate and encourage
wellbeing and resilience in participants.

"The app is designed for an average healthy adult looking for ways to
understand and boost their own level of mental wellbeing. It provides
information on where they sit on a wellbeing scale, along with a personalised
program of activities to improve this over four-weekly time periods,"A/Professor
Justine Gatt <https://www.linkedin.com/in/justine-gatt/> said.

She explained: "Many apps in the mental health and wellbeing space aim to
reduce symptoms in people living with diagnosed mental health disorders, which
affects around 20 percent of the population. ReNeuWell® takes a different
approach, focusing on the remaining 80 percent—those whose wellbeing may be
declining and who could benefit from a boost towards flourishing."

She continued: "ReNeuWell® provides users with practical ways to improve
their mental health and build resilience to adversity."

StandingTall: Revolutionise Falls Prevention Nationwide with Proven, Scalable Health Tech

SYDNEY, July 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Miroma Project Factory (MPF), a leader in
digital innovation for health and wellbeing, is proud to announce the expanded
commercial release of StandingTall, the revolutionary home-based balance
training program developed in collaboration with ProfessorKim Delbaere,
showcasing her life's work in falls prevention.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2725441/StandingTall_MPF.html>
StandingTall, a proven app solution to improve balance, boost confidence, and
prevent falls in aging adults.

StandingTall is a clinically validated, easy-to-use, and engaging exercise
app designed to improve balance, boost confidence, and prevent falls among
older adults. Now positioned for widespread adoption, StandingTall offers a
proven, scalable solution that supports healthy aging and reduces the
substantial burden falls place on individuals and healthcare systems alike.

"StandingTall combines science, innovation and simplicity to deliver
life-changing results. It's a proven solution ready to reduce falls, save
healthcare costs and improve lives acrossAustralia. It was co-developed with
older Australians to ensure it's effective, accessible, and tailored to real
needs. StandingTall integrates exercises seamlessly into daily routines,
helping users build habits that protect their independence and confidence over
time.

Whether you're in urban, regional, or remote areas, StandingTall empowers
users to regain control of their lives, reduce fear of falling, and enhance
their independence" saidProfessor Kim Delbaere, Senior Principal Research
Scientist at NeuRA <https://www.linkedin.com/in/kim-delbaere-1761304/> and CEO
of StandingTall.

Built with a clear mission because every brain and body deserves better
decisions, faster care, and a healthier future - StandingTall has already
demonstrated its impact through extensive clinical trials. Among 2,000+
participants, StandingTall achieved a 19% reduction in falls and a 20%
reduction in fall-related injuries.

"We have worked hand in hand with Kim for over seven years, bringing to life
her deeply rich research in falls prevention. Fall-related injuries in
Australia's residential aged care could be costing the health system $325
million annually. Clinical trials show StandingTall reduces falls and injuries
from falls by 20%, making it the only fall prevention app with such robust
evidence behind it. As an aging nation, we need to adopt new strategies to
actively reduce the burden on our amazing yet overstretched health system.

For those who have already fallen, StandingTall is not just effective but
cheaper than our current programs. It saves on emergency care, hospital
admissions and rehabilitation costs. I am so immensely proud to help bring this
product to life, contributing positivity to our aging community." statedKat
Robinson, Global CEO MPF
<https://www.linkedin.com/in/katjaderobinson/?originalSubdomain=au>

StandingTall offers a personalised, progressive exercise experience,
adaptable to each user's ability level, ensuring engagement and measurable
results over time, including:

* Adaptive balance and mobility exercises with personalised algorithms
visually move with your personal avatar, animated over 800+ Mocap suit-designed
animations.
* Easy-to-use interface designed specifically for older adults, and
accessibility at the forefront
* Home-based, low cost, self-paced programs requiring only a tablet
* Progress tracking to motivate sustained improvement that can be used in
conjunction with your physician
* Offline capability for users in remote or rural areas StandingTall has
already been successfully embedded into home aged care services acrossAustralia
and the UK, aligning with national aged care quality standards and digital
health strategies. It has been highlighted in aged care innovation reports and
government strategies for its measurable health outcomes, scalability, and
impact.

"The first meeting with the MPF team immediately illustrated their depth of
knowledge and expertise in the area of health applications. They kept our older
users at the forefront when making every decision around service design and
usability. MPF impressed us at every step, and we are excited to move
StandingTall into a new phase of growth and impact." said Professor Delbaere.

Looking forward, StandingTall is set to become a foundation for broader
digital health strategies in fall prevention, rehabilitation, and healthy
aging. Plans are underway for expansion into new markets, integrations with
wearable technology, and partnerships with government bodies to scale
StandingTall acrossAustralia and internationally.

Monarch Athletic Club: A Longevity Clinic Disguised as an Athletic Club

LOS ANGELES, June 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Monarch Athletic Club, the Los
Angeles-based wellness disruptor delivering physician-led fitness, recovery,
diagnostics, and personalized health optimization, including advanced
bloodwork, biometric tracking, and leading-edge body composition analysis, has
joined forces with Miroma Project Factory (MPF) to launch a new kind of digital
experience, one that feels more like a luxury concierge for your future self
than a website.

<https://mma.prnasia.com/media2/2717406/MonarchPR.html>
Monarch Athletic Club - Holistic Longevity Clinic Technology

After 18 months of under-the-radar development, MPF has unveiled a
transformative digital roadmap for Monarch, reimagining how people begin their
wellness journey long before they ever step inside a facility. This first phase
of rollout, backed byMiroma Ventures <https://www.miromaventures.com/>, is
laser-focused on personalization, longevity, and the business of proactive
health.

At the heart of the platform is the Monarch Health Index, an AI-powered
pre-assessment tool that acts like a digital intake for your lifestyle. It
invites potential members to answer a series of questions across mental
wellness, physical fitness, nutrition, and sleep, instantly generating a
visualized health snapshot and custom recommendations. Far from a gimmick, the
Index feeds directly into Monarch's CRM, giving its sales and clinical teams
rich data to personalize outreach and accelerate member acquisition.

"Most health spaces wait for you to have a health problem and walk in the
door. Monarch starts your health journey online just as personally, and just as
clinically. We're bringing together the science of preventive care with the
immediacy of digital connection. MPF helped us turn that into a platform, not
just a promise" said Dr. Ryan Greene, CEO of Monarch Athletic Club.

This is not a glossy website for a boutique gym. It's the digital front door
of a high-performance health brand that believes your biomarkers matter more
than your bench press. Monarch offers holistic life support from nutrition,
personal training, physical therapy, full-body composition scans, hormone
optimization, recovery services, and physician-led programs rivaling the most
exclusive longevity clinics, wrapped in a sleek, luxury wellness environment
that members use on a near-daily basis.

MPF led the brand and digital strategy end-to-end, integrating design, AI,
infrastructure and user journey mapping as part of a broader three-year scale
plan. This marks the beginning of a radical new health model, one that will
soon be experienced remotely, at home, and with the premium support Monarch
will be known for.

MPF, which serves as the digital arm for Miroma Ventures, specializes in
turning high-potential startups into scalable digital businesses. Through a
distinctive equity-for-services model, MPF backs ambitious founders by
delivering premium digital execution in exchange for skin in the game.

"We don't work with just anyone, we work with the brave," said Kat Robinson,
Global CEO of Miroma Project Factory."Monarch is a category creator. It doesn't
need to compete with other athletic clubs because it's playing in a different
league: the future of preventive medicine. Our job was to build a digital
experience that lived up to that ambition and could scale into the advantageous
progressive vision that Dr Ryan Greene has."

MPF is now scouting its next generation of disruptive partners, founders
ready to scale, differentiate, and define what's next in health, wellness, and
tech.
