SINGAPORE, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Finmo today opened its new global
headquarters at Suntec City, marking its next phase of international growth.
The Singapore-founded fintech plans to expand its local team while deepening
its investment in AI and treasury intelligence from Singapore.

Development, and Board Member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore; David

Thomas Kang, Chief Strategy Officer & Co-Founder

The new headquarters was officially opened by Mr Alvin Tan, Minister of
State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of National Development, and Board
Member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, who graced the event as Guest of
Honour.

The expansion builds on Finmo's US$18.5 million Series A
<https://www.finmo.net/resources/newsroom/finmo-secures-18-5m-series-a-ai-treasury-global-expansion>
announced in February 2025, which was earmarked for accelerating product
development, advancing AI capabilities and expanding its global reach. Since
then, Finmo has continued to bring payments, treasury and financial
intelligence closer together within a single operating system.

Since obtaining its Major Payment Institution licence in Singapore
<https://www.finmo.net/about/license-and-registrations> in 2023, Finmo has more
than doubled its local headcount. Its new Suntec City headquarters expands
office capacity by 50% and will support continued hiring across product, AI
strategy, commercial, finance, compliance and financial partnerships.

"Payments and treasury are two sides of the same ledger. Yet businesses have
traditionally separated the movement of money from the intelligence behind it.
Bringing the two together enables smarter payments informed by a real-time
understanding of cash, liquidity and the wider financial position," said David
Hanna, Co-Founder and CEO of Finmo.

"We're seeing that vision translate into real scale. Businesses now move more
than US$1 billion through Finmo every month, while we remain cashflow positive
as we expand globally."

Investing in the future of treasury from Singapore

A key area of Finmo's future investment will be the continued development of
AI and treasury intelligence. Finmo's TreasuryOS brings together cash
management, payments, and treasury intelligence, helping finance teams
understand and manage their financial position across banks, currencies and
markets.

Building on its existing AI capabilities, including its AI agent, MO AI
<https://www.finmo.net/resources/newsroom/singapore-fintech-finmo-launches-mo-ai-co-pilot-global-finance>
, Finmo plans to deepen its use of agentic AI to help finance teams move from
simply monitoring their financial position towards more proactive
decision-making. MO will help businesses identify risks, anticipate liquidity
needs, evaluate options and ultimately help orchestrate financial actions.

Finmo will continue to lead this development of AI, treasury intelligence and
payment solutions from Singapore, alongside further investment in product
capabilities and talent.

Finmo now holds 11 licences and regulatory permissions across eight markets
and has strengthened its enterprise foundations with ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II
and PCI DSS compliance. TreasuryOS connects with more than 11,000 banks and
integrates with NetSuite, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks, bringing financial data
across banks, entities and systems into a connected view.

Recent milestones include being named

Recognition for powering smarter payments and treasury through a single
intelligentAI-native operating system

SINGAPORE, Aug. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Finmo <http://www.finmo.net/>,
creator of the Treasury Operating System (TOS) for businesses to manage global
payments and cash more intelligently, has won the coveted title of FinTech of
the Year at theAsia FinTech Awards 2026
<https://fintechawardsasia.com/2026-winners/>. Finmo received the award at the
Asia FinTech Awards ceremony in Singapore on 21 August 2026, emerging as the
winner from nine finalists.

Now in its fourth year, the Asia FinTech Awards celebrates the achievements
of Asia's fintech community and recognises the companies shaping the future of
financial services across the region. Entries are assessed by an independent
judging panel drawn from across the industry, based on objective criteria
including product-market fit, critical mass receptivity, differentiation and
innovativeness.

The recognition reflects Finmo's approach to solving an increasingly complex
challenge for businesses operating globally: managing payments, liquidity and
financial operations seamlessly across multiple entities, currencies and
markets.

Finmo brings global payments, cash intelligence and AI together in a single
Treasury Operating System, enabling finance teams to manage and understand
money across their organisation from one place. This connected approach turns
real-time treasury intelligence into action — helping businesses make smarter
payment decisions, optimise liquidity and manage FX exposure across markets.

"Being named FinTech of the Year is a significant recognition because it
validates the problem we set out to solve. Global finance teams have spent too
long working across disconnected payment, banking and treasury systems," said
David Hanna, Co-Founder and CEO of Finmo. "We believe the future is one
intelligent operating system that enables smarter payments and connects how
businesses move, manage and understand their money – giving finance teams
greater visibility, control and confidence. We're proud of how far we've come,
and even more excited about what we're building next."

"We are delighted that Finmo won Fintech of the Year at the Asia Fintech
Awards," saidJessica Crompton, Partnerships Manager of Fintech Intel, said "
Raising the bar for fintech excellence, Finmo impressed the judges with its
vision, innovation and ability to deliver meaningful impact at scale. A truly
outstanding entry worthy of this prestigious title."

The award marks another milestone for Finmo as it continues to expand its
platform and capabilities for businesses managing increasingly global and
complex financial operations.
