SINGAPORE, Oct. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ONE15 Marina Sentosa Cove Singapore, Asia's finest marina club, presents the third edition of the ONE15 Christmas Boat Light Parade™, which will be held on 26 November 2016 (Saturday).
An initiative by ONE15 Marina Sentosa Cove Singapore, the ONE15 Christmas Boat Light Parade™ showcases the Club's commitment to growing the yachting lifestyle in Singapore. The parade will see a flotilla of approximately 25 boats and will attempt to enter the Singapore book of records (http://singaporerecords.com) as the "Largest Parade of Decorated Boats".
During the parade, parade boats will be decked in festive lights and decorations and set sail towards the Sentosa Boardwalk, passing by many landmarks on Sentosa Island, including Siloso Beach, Fort Siloso and Resorts World Sentosa before reaching Sentosa Boardwalk, in front of Harbourfront and Vivo City where the judging will take place.
One boat from each of the six categories with the most original and creative decoration based on the theme will win attractive cash prizes totalling over $18,000.
Boaters keen to take part in the parade can register with ONE15 Marina Sentosa Cove Singapore at boatparade@one15marina.com. A participation fee of $100 (excluding GST) per boat applies. The registration fee includes two tickets to the Awards Ceremony and Closing Party on 26 November 2016, which will be held at the Club, and a set of lights as starter kit for the participants. Registration closes on 1 November 2016 (Tuesday).

Members of the public may watch the parade along the Sentosa boardwalk or the VivoCity boardwalk from 8.30pm onwards on 26 November (Saturday).
