HONG KONG, May 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. ("CIFI", or the "Group", HKEX Code: 884), one of the "Top 100 Real Estate Developers in China" is pleased to announce that contracted sales for April 2016 increased 267% year-on-year to RMB6.72 billion, reached a new record high.
In April 2016, the Group's contracted GFA was approximately 407,000 sq.m. with contracted ASP in April 2016 was RMB 16,500 per sq.m.
From January to April 2016, contracted sales of the Group increased 222% year-on-year to RMB17.77 billion with a contracted GFA of approximately 1,026,200 sq.m., while contracted ASP from January to April 2016 was approximately RMB17,300 per sq.m., up approximately 42% year-on-year. During the first four month of 2016, contracted sales of the Group achieved 49% of its full year contracted sales target of RMB36.5 billion.
