HONG KONG, Aug. 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. ("CIFI", or the "Group", HKEX Code: 884), one of the "Top 100 Real Estate Developers in China" is pleased to announce that contracted sales for July 2016 increased 268% year-on-year to RMB5.01 billion. The first seven months achieved year-on-year strong growth of 174% to RMB32.6 billion, exceeded 74% of the revised full year sales target.
In July 2016, the Group's contracted ASP was RMB 13,700 per sq.m., up approximately 16% year-on-year, with the contracted GFA was approximately 364,200 sq.m.
From January to July 2016, contracted sales of the Group increased 174% year-on-year to RMB32.6 billion with a contracted GFA of approximately 1,855,300 sq.m., while contracted ASP from January to July 2016 was approximately RMB17,600 per sq.m., up approximately 42% year-on-year. During the first seven months of 2016, contracted sales of the Group achieved 74% of its revised full year contracted sales target of RMB43.8 billion.
