China Renaissance Wins "Best China Deal" and "Best Private Equity Deal" in FinanceAsia's Achievement Awards 2015

HONG KONG, Feb. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- China Renaissance announced today that it has received two 2015 FinanceAsia Achievement Awards in the "Best China Deal" and "Best Private Equity Deal" categories for its role as the financial advisor for Meituan and Dianping's strategic cooperation and Carlyle's partial divestment of Ganji respectively.

Jason Lam, Managing Director and President of Securities, and Jeremy Choy, Managing Director and Head of M&A at China Renaissance, received the awards in Hong Kong at an event which was held late last week.
