Forrester to Unveil Customer Experience Index Ranking of Chinese Brands at CX MARKETING Shanghai 2016

BEIJING, Aug. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Forrester (Nasdaq: FORR) today announced that CX MARKETING SHANGHAI 2016, its Forum for CX and marketing leaders in China, will return to Shanghai on September 1. The Forum will focus on how to accelerate your company's success in a competitive marketplace where customer experience determines the future of your brand.
