Goodman Secures New Lease with Beijing Toread Outdoor Products for 40,889 sqm of Logistics Space in Tianjin

SHANGHAI, Dec. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Goodman Group (Goodman or the Group) is pleased to announce that it has fully leased Phase 1 of the Goodman Xiqing Logistics Park (GXLP) and commenced construction of Phase 2 comprising an additional 47,032 sqm. Beijing Toread Outdoor Products (Toread) recently leased over 40,000 sqm in Phase 1 for its Northern China regional distribution hub.

Located in Xiqing Economic Development Area, 30km from Tianjin downtown, the park is well located for Northern China distribution with easy access to an integrated transport network via the adjacent Jinzi Highway and is in close proximity to Tianjin International Airport. The facility is being developed in multiple phases, and on completion of the overall development, will offer in excess of 200,000 sqm of high quality single level logistics space. The construction of Phase 2 covering 47,032 sqm has commenced with delivery expected in Q3 2017.

Beijing Toread Outdoor Products, established in 1999, is a major outdoor apparel and equipment producer in China, involved in the design, development, production and sales of clothing, tents, sleeping bags, outdoor equipment and other day-to-day merchandise.
