Multiple targeted-marketing campaigns were executed to ensure the key groups of subscribers are migrated to 4G network to enjoy better network experience. As an outcome, 4G user migration had increased 260% compared to pre-program and average weekly traffic of migrated 4G users have increased from 600Mbps to 1.4G Gbps. It shows the process of CEM enabling business success and helping achieve revenue growth indirectly.
