Lee Kum Kee Presents Brand New Asian Twist Dressings at World Gourmet Summit 2017

At the opening reception of the WGS 2017 held last night, Lee Kum Kee presented three dishes tailored by Chef John See, including Quenelle of Lobster Seafood Dumpling with drizzle of Lee Kum Kee Japanese Style Dressing, Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce Lemon-grapefruit Tart with Gold Leaf and Iberian Pork Roll with Lee Kum Kee Vietnamese Style Lemon Dressing. These dishes featured Lee Kum Kee's three newly launched Asian Twist Dressings, Soy Bean Sauce and other signature sauces, fusing the best of Western and Asian cuisines to provide a great gastronomic experience to participants.
