Mah Sing Clinches the 2016 Frost & Sullivan Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership Award in Property Development

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, April 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Mah Sing Group Bhd has been recognized with the 2016 Frost & Sullivan Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership Award in Property Development.

The award was presented to Mah Sing at the 12th annual Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Awards held at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur recently.

Mr. Jonathan Leong, Research Analyst at Frost & Sullivan said that Mah Sing has realigned its product portfolio to cater to first-time home buyers in a move to navigate through the tough economic climate in 2015.

Mr. Leong also said that instead of competing head-on in niche segments, Mah Sing focuses on customer needs by offering value-for-money products with innovative designs.
