During the worldwide biggest medical device fair MEDICA, which is annually hold in Dusseldorf Germany in November, Raiing Medical's clinical research partner, Dr. Lijian Pei from Peking Union Hospital, presented the speech of "More Than Core Body Temperature -- The Role of Wearable thermometer During Perioperative Period". She shared the clinical trial result of the accuracy and precision of Raiing's iThermonitor among surgery patients in OR. She also explained that the axillary temperature of iThermonitor and the core temperature of esophageal probe are highly correlated, and concluded that the axillary temperature recorded by iThermonitor can be used for routine intraoperative core temperature monitoring. The clinical trial result enables the application of iThermonitor from home care wearables extend to non-invasive vital signs monitoring in clinical settings. The clinical trial is registered on NIH clinical trial official website and promising to be published in top academic journals.

Meanwhile, located in MEDICA Wearable Technology area (Hall 15-A23), Raiing Medical launched 4 new products, Body temperature Central Monitoring System, Smart Multi-parameters Patch, Smart Blood Pressure Monitor for Women and iThermonitor II.

Body Temperature Central Monitoring System is for multiple patients monitoring in clinical settings by using wearable smart thermometer. The real-time body temperature monitoring system is applicable for inpatients such as oncology, critical ill and surgery patients in general ward, ICU and OR, captures the early signs of infection and relieves the nurses of a burden.

Smart Multi-parameter Patch is a wearable sensor with 2 versions of clinical and sport. It transmits vital signs parameter data via Bluetooth Low Energy. Clinical version monitors ECG, heart rate, respiratory rate and body temperature, mainly used for inpatients. Sport version provides heart rate and respiratory rate monitoring and meets the clinical standard; this feature is different from other sport trackers. The sport version is designed for those who are in long-term physical training or professional sports.

Smart Blood Pressure Monitor for Women is a smart device for women with unique data analysis algorithm of pregnancy-induced hypertension.

iThermonitor II is an upgrade version of iThermonitor with new features of rechargeable, waterproof, and smaller size.
