The program is part of XCMG's precisely positioned global public welfare campaign, "For Better Life", that trains 200 machinery operators from XCMG's customers worldwide every year for free at the XCMG's mechanical driving training base, which is the first of its kind in China.

The program instructors have customized specific courses for service engineer and loader operator upon understanding each trainee's skills and needs. The company's 54 global dealers now provide skill trainings to 132 international service staff in collaboration with local vocational colleges to establish a service team to help global clients and equipment users operating the machineries more efficiently during various construction projects.

"In the future, the XCMG Technician College will further improve the training system to provide safe and considerate services to our trainees, continuously optimizing the course works and encouraging more in-depth exchanges and communications between trainees and instructors," said Feng Yuehong, director of XCMG Technician College.
