Lee Forsyth Joins as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Client Delivery, Exiger Tech

NEW YORK and SINGAPORE, Nov. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Exiger, the leader in the provision of technology-enabled regulatory, financial crime, risk, and compliance solutions, is pleased to announce that Lee Forsyth has joined Exiger Tech as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Client Delivery. A noted KYC operations authority, Mr. Forsyth will accelerate and enhance Exiger's innovation and the operational excellence of DDIQ, its purpose-built AI-powered RegTech solution, in the KYC market.

The addition of Mr. Forsyth is an important step towards delivering market-leading technology solutions as Exiger continues to invest in scaling its technology delivery capability. He joins Exiger with more than 20 years of experience in shaping some of the largest KYC programs at global banks. Most recently, Mr. Forsyth served as Global Head of Client Consultancy and Implementation at Thomson Reuters (now Refinitiv), where he helped define the operational framework for the KYC managed service. Before that role, Mr. Forsyth oversaw the KYC due diligence function at numerous global financial institutions, including Nomura, Goldman Sachs, UBS and Merrill Lynch.

"Global financial institutions have grappled with how to respond to increasing regulatory demands with an absolute imperative to reduce costs, eliminate inefficient manual processes and yet have consistent, auditable risk management outcomes," said Mr. Forsyth. "We are now at a turning point. I joined Exiger because DDIQ is unique in that it has been built by leading data scientists and trained by top financial crime compliance experts; that combination forms the foundation of a more sustainable, effective, cost-efficient compliance environment. I look forward to helping Exiger's global banking clients realize these benefits through the effective implementation of DDIQ."

Brandon Daniels, President of Exiger Tech, said, "Financial institutions will only drive sustainable KYC outcomes when they leverage experts who can layer fit-for-purpose technology over tailored policies and procedures. Lee's impressive experience will continue to enhance our operational discipline and strengthen the delivery of our technology solutions – creating unprecedented efficiencies for Exiger's clients across the customer onboarding lifecycle.  With Lee's leadership we will deliver a holistic solution, uniting state-of-the art business processes, governance practices, and technology to optimize both cost and risk management."
