FORCS opens a new regional office in Brussels to meet the rising corporate demand for paperless solutions

SINGAPORE, May 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Amid an age of rising technology, the global demand for efficiency and flexibility in doing business has increased dramatically. As a result, FORCS (KOSDAQ: 189690), a global eForm and reporting solutions provider, is opening a new regional office in Brussels to meet the rising trend.

FORCS provides environmentally friendly software solutions that allow institutions to conduct their business digitally instead of using the traditional paper and pen. For example, in banking, FORCS provides a Branch Teller eForm solution which allows customers to perform banking transactions using an electronic form, such as signing application forms, via their mobile device instead of physically going to a branch.

The solutions provider also offers customers a flexible reports solution that allows them to customize the reports based on their needs and publish the content on the web and mobile platforms.

FORCS believes there is enormous growth potential in Europe because existing digital document solutions on the market do not offer many dynamic features. For example, for other eForms, large amounts of time and cost are wasted if changes have to be made.

FORCS' solutions, however, allows anyone to create or make changes to their eForm conveniently with a wide range of input components such as camera, voice input, and eSignature.

"We are excited about the opening of our European regional office in Brussel. Over the years, our European partners have been working with us in promoting our paperless solutions to businesses in the region. With this new operation, we will be able to communicate better with our customers and provide faster support to our partners now that we are in the same time zone. Enterprises worldwide have benefitted greatly from our paperless solutions and we believe our innovative paperless solutions are essential to the European businesses," said Mickey Park, Vice-President of FORCS Global Sales.

To make its eForm more user-friendly, FORCS is introducing a new feature called the Smart Voice eForm which allows user to fill in an eForm by simply reading out their personal data to fill in a form. This feature aims to simplify processes by reducing the time spent on filling in forms. From a business perspective, it enhances the overall customer experience when carrying out any business transactions.

FORCS will be attending Money 20/20 Europe 2019 from June 3-5 at The RAI, Amsterdam to showcase the Smart Voice eForm.
