Greenhouse is building a network of business-to-business (B2B) service providers across Southeast Asia, and a technology platform simplifying the initial process of forming a company a startup, or small business.

The World Bank recently released the 2019 version of its Doing Business Index, which gave comparatively low ease of doing business rankings for Southeast Asia's three largest markets -- Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Out of 190 countries, Indonesia ranked 73rd, the Philippines ranked 124th, and Vietnam ranked 69th.
Greenhouse aims to help minimize risks, time, and costs for businesses that want to set up in Southeast Asia. This first version of the marketplace allows users to book incorporation and company secretarial services in Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand.
