KUALA LUMPUR, April 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Frost & Sullivan has recognized red ONE Network Sdn Bhd (redONE) with the 2016 Frost & Sullivan Malaysia MVNO Service Provider of the Year for the 3rd consecutive time. 

The award was presented to redONE at the 12th annual Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Awards, held at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur recently.  

"In a highly penetrated mobile market, redONE continued to drive business growth both in terms of subscribers and revenues. Leveraging its wide and effective sales & distribution network, it holds almost 2% of the mobile subs market share. Its postpaid subscription model - strategically targeted at Chinese SMEs and working adults - not only helped in achieving the lowest churn rate, but also sustained the highest ARPU rates among the peers," said Avinash Sachdeva, Senior Industry Analyst, Digital Transformation, Asia Pacific at Frost & Sullivan.

He added that redONE has successfully executed its business strategy to achieve aggressive subscriber growth and showcased an outstanding commercial performance, with the vision to become the largest MVNO in ASEAN MVNO.
