One of the shareholders of Hibiki Japanese Yakiniku is a talented interior designer. He decorates the flowers and herbs of the restaurant himself. The stone on the wall, the gorgeous geisha masterpiece, the flaming lanterns and cherry blossoms uniquely represents the Japanese culture and heritage.

Through the designer immense creativity and inspiration, an Imperial Garden which appears in the Japanese era is presented to the diners. Lifting cherry blossoms, maple leaves, pine trees, unique visual beauty of hand-painted art, the space-inspired design, coupled with a comfortable environment together allow diners to enjoy wine, food and a moment of peace in the busy city.

The Logo "Heung" in Hibiki Japanese Roast Meat Restaurant is decorated by a national calligrapher Mr.Wah Gor, whose artwork was featured in the films for "A Chinese Ghost Story(1987)", "Fight Back to School(1991)", "God of Cookery(1996)", "Legend Of Fu Yao(2017)" and "Journey to the West(1995)".

Another shareholder is Mr Pak Leung Lam, the head coach of the Hong Kong Gymnasts team. Apart from coaching elites, Mr Pak Leung Lam hopes to create meticulous and delicate japanese cuisine.

Mr Pak Leung Lam strictly requires the chef to preserve the natural taste of food and roast meat in the process of  seasoning usage, knife practice and cooking styles.

Senior chefs import fresh ingredients from Australia, the United States and Japan. Diners can, at the same time, freely cook meat, enjoy sashimi and various types of food with friends and companions while enjoying the surrounding environment.

Both hot dishes and ice dishes are served. Hibiki sincerely invites everyone to join us in our opening ceremony on June 4, 2018, from 12 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
