
HONG KONG, Nov. 26, 2010 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) today announced that Mr Koon K Wong is elected as Chairman of its Hong Kong Board for one year term of office with immediate effect.
Mr. Wong, FRICS, MHKIS, RPS(QS PFM) is the Managing Director of Zeppelin Property Development Consultants Ltd., a regional consultancy formed in 1993, with offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Beijing, specializing in integrated real estate professional services. He is a chartered quantity surveyor and a chartered project management surveyor with nearly 30 years of professional experience. Currently Mr. Wong focuses on facilities and asset management and is responsible for the strategic asset and facilities management of over 50,000m2 premises, in Hong Kong, various cities in mainland China for his clients.
In addition to the chairmanship of RICS HK Board, He also serves in the RICS Asia Board and the Asia Professional Group Board.
Mr Koon K Wong, the new Chairman of RICS Hong Kong said:

Mr Wong advocates the integration of property development, project management, facility management and asset management, with a view of enhancing the value of property throughout the building life cycle. He shares his knowledge and vision by contributing article to trade journal and by speaking in many international conferences held in cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Taipei and Hong Kong.
Mr David Faulkner, the outgoing chairman and member of the RICS Asia Board said,
