As the centerpiece of China Unicom's next generation Business Operation Support System (BOSS), the headquarters-level CRM&CPM system will perform the critical role of connecting provincial BOSS and ensuring unified customer care across China. As a result, the system must meet China Unicom's stringent technology regulations and service standards.
