The Siemens Festival Night 2009 - The Upcoming Highlight for Music Fans all Over the Globe

MUNICH, Aug. 7 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Through public screening/broadcast at the Bayreuth Festplatz and the live, realtime webstream on the internet, the Siemens Festival Night 2009 introduces Richard Wagner's universe to audiences of all ages and interests, all over the world. An on-demand version of "Tristan und Isolde" will be available for users from August 10 to 23 as well.

Depending on the user's computer facilities, the viewer can choose among three different broadcast standards for excellent picture and sound quality. Another new feature this year is Web stream in HD quality with 2,500 to 3,000 kbits/sec., and a version with German subtitles. In order to deliver an interference free live broadcast, an internet-based backup version will be on hold.
