HONG KONG, July 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Brightoil Petroleum (Holdings) Limited ("Brightoil Petroleum" or the "Group"; stock code: 933.HK) is pleased to announce that Dr. Sit Kwong Lam ("Dr. Sit"), Chairman and Executive Director of the Group, increased his shareholding in the Group through Harvest Energy Investments Ltd., an entity wholly owned by him, by buying 6,272,000 shares of Brightoil Petroleum from the market between 6 and 8 July 2015. After increasing his stake, Dr. Sit's shareholding in the Group has increased from approximately 72.82% to approximately 72.88%.
