The recipients of the licenses include Telling Telecommunication Holding, Zhejiang Lianlian Technology, Beijing Funtalk Century Telecommunications Equipment Retail Chain, Beijing Huaxiang Lianxin Technology, Beijing Jingdong 360 Du E-Commerce, Beijing Bewinner Communications, Beijing HiChina Zhicheng Technology, Beijing D.Phone Communications Service, Soshare Network Technology, Busap Holding and Telephone World Group.

Busap Holding Company Limited, the country's largest bus TV network operator and the only new media company that applied for the license, signed a mobile telecommunications services reseller agreement with China Unicom on October 18, 2013, and will resell mobile telecommunications services under the brand name China MCom.
