(OTC Bulletin Board: CHRI) announced today that it has received approval and authentication from the Trademark Bureau of China for the Company’s Suining Chuan DAR (Dahurian Angelica Root). The Authentication Trademark is named after the place of origin. The Suining Chuan DAR Authentication Trademark is named after the place of origin, Chuan DAR, which is Suining City, Sichuan province, China. It indicates that CHRI is the registrant of Suining Chuan DAR Authentication Trademark and has sole ownership of said Trademark.
Authenticated by the Chinese government, CHRI is the only company with the development rights of Suining Chuan DAR. No other individual or organization can use this regional authentication trademark without CHRI’s permission. The approval and proclamation by the government establishes the sole status of CHRI on Suining Chuan DAR, enabling CHRI to be the sole legal owner of this intangible asset and resource, Suining Chuan DAR.
CHRI has currently applied for the trademark register of Suining Chuan DAR in the United States, Japan, Korea and Australia, and fully expects to get the trademark authentication from these four countries.
