HONG KONG, Nov. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. ("CIFI", or the "Group", HKEX Code: 884), one of the "Top 100 Real Estate Developers in China" is pleased to announce that contracted sales hit record high in October with strong growth. Contracted sales in the first ten month of 2015 exceeded the contracted sales for the whole of 2014.
The Group achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB 4.02 billion, hit record high for the Group's monthly contracted sales, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 103% compared to October 2014 and a month-on-month increase of approximately 34% compared to September 2015. Contracted GFA and ASP in October 2015 were approximately 267,000 sq.m. and RMB 15,100 per sq.m., respectively.
From January to October 2015, the Group achieved contracted sales and contracted GFA of approximately RMB 21.31 billion and 1,601,500 sq.m., respectively. Contracted sales in the first ten months of 2015 represents a year-on-year increase of approximately 26% over the contracted sales in the same period in 2014, which exceeded the contracted sales of RMB 21.2 billion for the whole of 2014. Contracted ASP from January to October 2015 was approximately RMB 13,300 per sq.m. During the first ten months of 2015, the Group completed approximately 85% of its full year 2015 contracted sales target of RMB 25 billion.
