SHANGHAI, Aug. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Care Show, China's most comprehensive senior living and geriatric care conference and exhibition, is pleased to announce that it will host the world debut of Bromme H. Cole's book "Enter the Ageing Dragon…". Mr. Cole is one of the most pre-eminent voices in the emerging senior care industry in China and has now written the first book about what makes senior living successful in China. The Care Show will take place on August 22–23 at the Equatorial Hotel in the Jing - An district of Shanghai. This is the 2nd year for the Care Show China, which is sponsored by the global media firm UBM. The Care Show China has developed a strong reputation for attracting many high ranking Chinese government officials, as well as representation from well-known Western senior living companies. Information on the Care Show can be found at www.careshow.com.cn.

Mr. Cole, who will act as Chairman for the Care Show this year, has spent the past five years in China advising both local Chinese developers and Western operators on their operational planning and facility financing. His book, "Enter the Ageing Dragon…" has been published both in China and in North America and has received critical acclaim from industry luminaries such as legendary architect Brad Perkins, notable Chinese lawyer Yue Tang and first-in-class French senior living operator Pascal Brunelet. Cole remarks, "The book began simply as a diary, which turned into a blog and then, as people began to rave about the content, I decided to formalize my work into a book. I've been told by many in the industry that anyone interested in health care in China should read it. The book helps not only to understand what is happening on the caring side of geriatrics in China but gives insight into the pitfalls of the business of senior care on the Mainland as well." Copies "Enter the Ageing Dragon…" will be available for signing at the Care Show. The book is also available on Amazon here: Enter the Ageing Dragon.

Cole has recently completed a large study of nursing homes in China for the World Bank, the findings of which will form a part of his presentation on Day 1 of the Care Show. More on the health care companies he runs can be found at www.HamptonHoerter.com.
