Career International was also selected to the final list for "HR sourcing firm of the year".

The most prestigious awards in China's HR field, the "China Staff Awards" event is organized yearly by China Staff magazine, a bilingual journal belonging to CCH group and dedicating to in-depth analysis of HR management issues in Hong Kong and China. It was first staged in Hong Kong in 1998 and made its debut in China in 2003. The China STAFF HR Awards aim to recognize the individuals and organizations that have strategically leveraged HR policies and practices to meet the growth objectives of their business. Each award is selected according to entrant's application documentation, and then a panel of judges conducts a "blind" review to nominate the final winner. The 2010 panel of judges was comprised of seven senior HR directors from Sino-Ocean Land limited, Novartis Phama, Oracle, Beijing Eagle Real Estate Holdings and other famous groups.

There were over 200 top HR professionals and senior executives from prominent multinational and local companies in China attended the ceremony yesterday. The competition for the "Recruitment Firm of the year" award was rather fierce. Eight companies, such as Hudson, Manpower, MRI and Kelly Services were nominated, and the trophy was eventually taken by Career International and MRI China Group. Ms. Li Hai Yan, HR director of Beijing Eagle Real Estate Holdings, represented the panel of judges to list the following reasons why Career International won: "As China's leading and most innovative consulting company in recruitment and HR management, Career International not only has one of the most professional teams, but also focuses on the domestic HR environment and has made remarkable achievements in recruiting high profile talents during the past year. Career International has adopted a specialized business philosophy and achieved some performance in recruiting and cultivating talent areas. Career International has earned a reputation and showcased its leadership in the domestic human resources management field."

Mr. Wang Tianpeng, partner of Career International received the award and remarked: "Thanks a lot to China STAFF giving this great honor to Career International. We know that with fierce business competition in global market, talents have become the key factor for companies to leverage advantage. As one of the total recruitment solution providers in Asia, we strive to provide highly efficient tailor-made recruitment services for our clients and help them to realize an optimal HR strategy. What we do is not just fill the openings for clients; we are dedicated to becoming their long-term business partners via various value-added solutions."

As a leading thinker in the HR field, Mr. Xing Zhiming, the business director of Career International, was invited to be the keynote speaker on the Human Resource Outlooks 2011 forum, and shared his opinion of "How the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) model improves hiring performance." Mr. Xing combined the market research results from the 2010 Career International hiring report with practical cases to show how clients increase hiring efficiency and reduce costs via RPO services. He also gave proposals on how to leverage the best benefit of RPO providers. Ms. Xu, from a listed software enterprise, expressed her idea: "RPO gives us a brand new solution, especially when facing the current business situation. The biggest challenge for HR is not just gaining suitable management and professional talents; the most important thing is how to carry them on board with the shortest cycle time within budget. RPO also makes HR management targets that are more measurable, and I wish that I have further discussions with Career International professionals."
