BEIJING, August 16, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- ChinaEdu Corporation (NASDAQ: CEDU) ("ChinaEdu" or the "Company"), a leading educational services provider in China, today announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the Company's Beijing headquarters located at: 4th Floor-A, GeHua Building, Qinglong Hutong No.1, Dongcheng District, Beijing, China 100007.

Stockholders of record at the close of business on July 25, 2011 will be entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the meeting or by proxy.
