China All Access Provided New Model Fire Prevention Emergency Satellite Control Centre System to Fire Departments

HONG KONG, Nov. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- The new model fire prevention emergency satellite control system provided to fire departments by China All Access (Holdings) Limited ("China All Access" or the "Company", HKEx Stock Code: 633), an integrated information communication application solution provider and application service provider in the PRC, was first launched in the 21st "119 Fire Prevention Day" to the public, and became a highlight of the event.

Leveraging its world's leading techniques, the satellite communication mobile control system has been successfully applied in fire departments of cities and provinces including Beijing, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Liaoning and Xi'an, etc. Amongst the systems in these locations, the new model fire prevention emergency mobile control centre system developed for Xi'an fire department, which costs over RMB10 million, is one of the most outstanding systems. The system consists of multi-media data collection, processing and transmission, satellite communication system, wireless digital network system, amplifying equipment and verbal communication control mobilization system, etc. It uses imported loaded foundation as vehicle, with its design divided into five functions zones, such as driving zone, communication zone, meeting zone, living facilities zone and equipment zone, etc., which are set up properly, divides function clearly, and has sufficient space for movement. Moreover, the system is equipped with unmanned aerial video detection system, in co-ordination with aerial to ground, stable to mobile, three-dimensional multi-media video emergency control. This could further enhance the first hand mobilization and control capacity in sudden accidents and disasters.
