China Clean Energy to Attend Goldman Sachs and Jefferies & Co Alternative Energy Conferences in New York

(OTC Bulletin Board: CCGY) ("China Clean Energy", the "Company"), a leading producer of biodiesel fuel and environmentally friendly specialty chemical products made from renewable resources in The People's Republic of China ("PRC"), today announced that the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Gary Zhao, is scheduled to attend two important investor conferences in New York at the beginning of May.

On Wednesday, May 2, 2007, Mr. Zhao will be available to meet with investors at Jefferies 3rd Global Clean Technology Conference at the Mandarin Oriental, in New York, NY.

In addition, on Thursday, May 3, 2007, Mr. Zhao, will participate in Goldman Sach's Alternative Energy Conference at the Goldman Sachs Conference Center, in New York, NY, where he will also be available to meet with analysts and investors.
