BEIJING, May 6 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- On May 12th and 13th, China Entrepreneurs will host a"CE Leadership Week," with two events in one week featuring the leadership development of CEOs and entrepreneurs. These two events are a must attend if you want to learn how to lead your company towards success.

The first event, "Leadership Development for Fast Growing Companies", will take place on May 12th as a part of the CE Start Up 101 series. This event will feature two panel discussions on the development of leadership skills for CEOs, entrepreneurs and founders of companies facing growth challenges. CE's experts will provide an in-depth look into the fundamental leadership skills in building a successful company and overcoming the increasing challenges posed by a company's rapid expansion. The two panel events will include: in-depth case study analysis, strategic development plan, effective tips for management, and practical skills in carrying out a company's vision and mission.

Event Panel 1 will be "Leadership in Entrepreneurs". As a company exponentially grows, the role and responsibilities as the CEO will inevitably transform and the expectations from investors and stakeholders will become increasingly high. In order to overcome the challenges of a growing company, the leader must be prepared and equipped with the best practices of planning out a strategic roadmap for leadership development. CE's panel of leading business professionals will give an in-depth case analysis of both successful and unsuccessful companies and discuss the skills required to push your company towards the realization of its objectives and build a successful company.

Event Panel 2 will be "How to Manage Your Board and Investors -- In Good Times and Bad Times". Many CEOs of start-ups and growth stage companies in China have achieved initial success through determination and perseverance. They have grown accustomed to self-reliance and making difficult decisions without seeking consultation. Therefore, the transition to running a company with professional investors, such as seasoned private equity and venture capital investors, proves difficult, and CEOs that fail to effectively communicate with and "manage" their new board members and investors often find that their companies' growth become stagnant. This panel of leading investors, entrepreneurs and professional advisors will give an in-depth discussion on how entrepreneurs can get the most out of their boards to make their companies more successful.

The event will be followed by "Leadership: 'Sales Training for Executives'". Due to the economic downturn, entrepreneurs are facing the increasingly difficult task in maintaining continuous sales growth. Entrepreneurs often lack the sales efficiency they need to produce sufficient revenue, develop and maintain strong networks and assess sales potential. This training seminar is specifically designed for entrepreneurs and executives who need better knowledge in understanding and creating solutions to overcome the pressures related to sales revenue during an economic downturn. CE's leading sales executive will suggest tools for increasing sales efficiency: how to develop an efficient sales strategy, the Non-sales approach and how to deal with customer objections, in addition to various other sales competencies.

Key topics will include:

Developing an efficient sales strategy

Approach clients, asses each client for sales probability, how to build and maintain relationships with existing clients.

The Non-sales approach

The non-sales approach can be used as a component in the overall sales strategy. You will learn how to interact with customers in a non-intrusive manner which will ensure a more positive outcome of a sales conversation.

Dealing with objections

Practical strategies when encountering clients' objections during a sales pitch. Mock scenarios of sales conversations will be presented, in which attendees will learn typical customer behavior and how to appropriately respond to negative reactions in order to achieve sales.
