China Executive Education Files Its Annual Report on Form 10-K

HANGZHOU, China, April 25, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Executive Education Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: CECX) ("China Executive Education" or the "Company"), a China-based executive training company, today announced that the Company has filed its 2010 Annual Report on Form 10-K with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The 2010 Annual Report can be accessed electronically at www.sec.gov.  

2010 Financial Highlights 

  • Net revenue increased by $10.3 million or 124.9% as compared to the prior comparative period.
  • Gross profit increased by $3.7 million, or 58.6%, to approximately $10 million in 2010, from $6.3 million in 2009.
  • Net income decreased by $73,887 or 2.8% for the year ended December 31, 2010.
