China Finance, Inc. Announces that Its CEO has Purchased Shares in the Company

(Guo-Qiong) Yu, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 300,000 shares of the Company's common stock, which is 0.5% of the Company's current issued and outstanding shares of common stock, for $1,488,000 on October 23, 2008.

Ms. Yu stated, "My decision to now become a shareholder of the Company was a personal strategic investment decision, and my purchase does not reflect any position of the Company. Obviously, I believe personally in China Finance and its prospects for successful operations, which I think will enhance my investment."
