China Interactive Education Announces Change of Auditor to Crowe Horwath (HK) CPA Limited

    ZHONGSHAN CITY, China, Aug. 13 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Interactive Education, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: CIVN) ("China Interactive Education" or the "Company"), a pioneer in interactive teaching and learning solutions in China, today announced that the Company has appointed Crowe Horwath (HK) CPA Limited ("Crowe") as its independent registered public accounting firm, replacing AGCA, Inc. effective August 9, 2010.

    Crowe Horwath International is ranked among one of the top global accounting networks, with more than 140 independent accounting and advisory services firms and nearly 590 offices and 28,000 professionals and staff in more than 100 countries around the world.

    The Company's decision to change auditors was not due to any disagreement between the Company and its former auditors on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
