China Renaissance Securities Hires Jason Lam as Head of Equity Capital Markets

HONG KONG, March 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- China Renaissance Securities has appointed Jason Lam as a Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets.  Mr. Lam will be responsible for expanding China Renaissance's equity capital markets capabilities and will be based in Hong Kong.  Mr. Lam will report to Frank Au, President of China Renaissance Securities. 

Mr. Lam was previously with Credit Suisse, where he was the co-head of technology coverage for Asia.  While at Credit Suisse, Mr. Lam led the origination and execution of some of the most notable technology deals in Asia.  Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Lam was with UBS Investment Bank's Asia technology team.
