Ms. Lipson was unanimously chosen by the AmCham Board to be the inaugural recipient of the yearly award in recognition of her trailblazing service to the Sino-American relationship since her arrival in 1979, first paving the way for international business travelers to China by providing world-class healthcare facilities.
